Food update for Friday 3rd of August..week 22..day off plan...
Breakfast
Crunchy oats
Lunch/dinner(Frankie and Benny's)
Dough balls with small amount of melted cheese.
Full English breakfast with fries.
Brownies/cream/ice cream
Tea
Ham/tomato wrap/fab/banana/
Snacks
1 tomato(giving to me by my son!)/apple
Exercise was dog walking

Sorry to hear the OH is being annoying, just ignore him and get on with your day, sure he'll get over it! Hope the kids enjoy the cinema and that's a good plan doing dinner at lunch time, then you can relax in the afternoon.

Haha, I'm a big moan today too so it's all good. Yeah, ignoring him sounds like the way forward till he gets over it and I'm sure in a few hours he'll be back to normal.
