Well something has cheered me up today...I can fit into my black trousers and my brown ones which are both size 12...not enough to wear them out but hopefully with some more weight loss and toning they will fit comfortably soon :0)

Nother bit of pick me up today..before shopping the estate agent for my landlord popped in with my lease to sign,haven't seen her in a few months,she said how well I looked...and trim.... and fit lol :0)

Snacks

Apple/grapes/banana with yoghurt 3pp
