Daisy's Diary!

I've decided that when I reach goal that I am going to set myself mini exercise challenges on here as i won't be doing any weight loss ones! It won't be anything too major to start with as I want to be sensible so it may even just be to do exercise 3 times a week but I want to get motivated and I hope doing it on here will help with that and I will have support that way as well :0)

Sounds like a brilliant idea. Maintenance is important after all, and exercise is going to help with that.

Exactly with maintaining! That's why i thought it would be good to have something to focus on! Am 11.3 and want to get to 10.7 :0)
