I always put mine on a plate and reheat,but I do tend to add to the meal lol

Ha ha... No you've not taken it too far at all.. I wouldn't be surprised if I do that at some stage ha ha ha

I find they taste far nicer if you reheat in the oven rather than microwave.. Duno. Maybe its the slow cooking that brings out more flavour.. Tho if I'm lazy n in a hurry I do blitz it in the microwave :)
I always add to them too.. Like, when i batch cook I freeze the main part of the meal, and add the potatoes/rice/pasta when i'm reheating...

I must admit I've not tried to reheat the dinners in the oven,but yea I reckon it's the slow cooking that brings out the flavours for you :0) I'm a lazy person so microwave is the easy option lol
I add veg or like you the other section of the meal,ham or tuna sometimes aswell,depends what I have in the freezer ;0)

Yea see this is another OCD thing for me.. You know the way when you heat stuff in the microwave it products steam, then the condensation builds up on the plate and makes the food more moist than it should be/needs to be... I can't STAND that!!
Even if I do toast.. I like it cold, but I can't just leave it on the plate to cool coz the condensation builds up under it making the toast moist (can't eat it hot, coz it melts the butter n yes, makes it moist) I know.. i'm weird!!

No not weird,I don't think people are weird I just think people are different(think its the way my Mum brought me up to think) we all like different things/tastes/texture etc!
 
Hey hun :) Well if any one you lovely ladies know some good exercises send them this way, need them for arms and legs to start with!!
What are your plans for this eve daisy? Asda got the vice vercas in but out of stock lol xxx
 
Hi Hun,check out Denise Austin 5 minute work out for those areas hun,on you tube.
Well we took the dog for a nice walk tonight then in a bit we will watch some Smallville,it's our evening ritual lol ;0) noo at the vice versas being out of stock!!!

Breakfast

Muesli/banana

Lunch

2 eggs on 2 slices of toast/apple

Dinner

Quorn mince veg chilli with added sweetcorn,tomatoes,couscous(flavoured with vegetable stock)

Snacks

Lemon ice lolly

Apple/grapes with yoghurt 3pp

3 weeklies/ 43 left

Exercise was dog walking,longer walk with the OH/5 abs workout

Morning hun,all good thanks,got some chores to do today plus hopefully a bike ride with the OH :0) thanks about my dinner,first time I've had the plain couscous,was nice :0)
