Yea I'm not good if it's too hot,yea we played ball with her out the back then a walk around the block,she gets worn out quicker when it's too hot bless her.Think I will do a short ab workout in a bit,one of the ab apps I downloaded.

Dinner tonight ..sloppy joes(turkey mince with onions,tomato purée and paprika) cheese in rolls with homemade chips and beans,OH enjoyed his so much he went and had a third roll!

Hmm I did it on simply filling so just pointing the cheese! But would be low pp I reckon as just point the cheese,rolls and mince,turkey mince is less pp then beef aswell.

Thanks hun,we both really enjoyed it and have mince leftover to do it again,OH wants me to do it for him sometime and portion it so he can have it when I go see the kids :0)
