So it is quite high in points I'm afraid - 3 portions of carbs! (bread/chips/beans), at least 18pp I reckon, sorry to break it to you :p Maybe if you took away one of the bread rolls though!

Yeah I guessed that much! Something to be said for simply filling. And me not doing it!!!
 
Food update for Sunday 12th of August ..sf day

Breakfast

Oats/apple

Lunch

2 eggs on 2 slices of toast/banana

Sloppy joes ..2pp for cheese/turkey mince/onions/paprika/tomato purée/homemade chips/beans/2 wholemeal rolls

Snacks

Ice Lolly/2 plums

2 weeklies used/42 left

Exercise was dog walking and 6 minute ab work.

LOL to the waking up bit! Yes I'm a bit bleary eyed this morning too. Going to do some Yoga in a while to get a good stretch.

We have hazy sunshine here at the moment, but there have been some suspicious looking clouds!

Yea I'm guessing the rain will be here again soon! Good idea to do the yoga :0)

Morning Hun :0) I do prefer bike rides as I suffer with my feet so bike rides are ideal for me,I do like walking though,the OH is the same but uphill and long walks hurt his leg(he has dodgy veins due to years of smoking) we always say what a right pair we are both suffering lol

Yea nice to go out and do something together,since last week the OH has really been making a effort to help out more and often just does it(I nipped to the local shop the other day and when I got back he was washing up) or saying he will cook dinner,things like that,if it stays like that till he goes back to Uni then it'll make for a happy household lol,he is making a effort all over so it's good :0)I think I'd have to go on OH's laptop to do that,don't think can do that on my iPod,is that like the stat thing or something else Hun?

No iPods don't show a lot,no likes or stats..things like that.Thanks..I hope it continues as well as the little things help :0)
