I don't know really, I was always blonde but ended up growing it out, loved being blonde! Would love love red hair too!

Thanks hun, stepping bk and removing the scales is probably going to be my toughest challenge yet eeek!!!

Blonde and red are both good choice of colours :0)
Aw hopefully you will get on ok without the scales,out of sight out of mind!
Thanks about the Lola pics,the keep calm etc is a tea towel,got it on holiday in May.
 
Recipe is fry carrots and onions then put them in the casserole dish,add peas,fry the lamb to brown it off,I used a lamb casserole sauce on top
which had been mixed with 400mls of water(Swartz I think is what it's called) then added the sliced potatoes,fry light them,put dish in preheated oven (200c) for a hour n half then remove lid and bake for 20 minutes to half a hour,I had used 3 smallish carrots,1 and a half onions,200g peas and 700g potatoes,had 600g of lamb as wanted it really meaty but of course you can chop and change amount to suit you!
 
Morning! Ohhh daisy sounds good! Could i use beef mince instead though? dont like lamb :-\
would it still turn out ok? xxx

Morning Stef :0) yup use beef hun,I was saying to the OH that it could be done with beef and he said chicken as well :0)

Food update for yesterday,wednesday 12th of September

Breakfast

Granola with mixed nuts

Lunch

Toasted seeded bagel with garlic and herb spread/banana/apple

Dinner

Lancashire hotpot

Snacks

2 plums/grapes/kiwi with yoghurt
 
Ohhh chicken!!! I have loads of chicken in at the minute!, tomorrow tea sorted then :D

Glad you're feeling more relaxed Hun,you know what's good and what's not to eat so I'm sure you will be fine plus you do a lot of walking which is a great exercise :0)

Being conscious is a good thing I'd say as you'll be less likely to binge just because.. You're still conscious so you'll remain careful.. its a good thing :)
