Yea slice the chicken breast though so its bigger,mine was smallish but OH had a bigger one.

Cool,just 15 minutes in oven then add topping and stick back in for another 5 minutes..job done :0)

Food update for Thursday 13th of September

Breakfast

Granola/mixed nuts

Lunch

Seeded bagel with garlic and herb spread/Banana/orange

Dinner

Chicken pizza with 2 garlic slices and peas

Snacks

Pear/plum

Exercise was a walk around the block with OH and Lola(OH held the lead so no strain on my back)

Early wi this morning,lost .5lb which I'm pleased with considering next to nothing on the exercise front and had just finshed totm last night!
