Am enjoining my weekend,hope you have a good one.My daughter is 19 :0)

Ah 19 is nice - old enough to be a real friend as well as a daughter... and still plenty to look forward to!

Definitely :0) Sophie and Charlie(my son) are both pretty laid back and easy going :0)
 
Saturday 7th July

Oats/banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/apple/plum

Dinner

Pizza wrap with ham/peppers/onions/cheese 3pp

Snacks

Banana/kiwi/plum with yoghurt
WW lolly 3pp

6 weeklies used/31 weeklies left

Exercise was dog walking.
 
Looks like a really good day there. Alot of fruit too. It did make me realise that I did seem to eat a lot less fruit last week than usual, I wonder if that might have had something to do with me not losing anything despite trying out reduced weeklies and all the rest of it. Do you find fruit has an affect on your losses?

I've never thought about fruit having a affect on my weight loss so I don't know to be honest with you! I've always had fruit just lots of naughty foods to warrant the weight gain(or having children in the past)
 
I eat an awful lot of fruit. On a day at least one banana, 2 or 3 nectarines (my current favourite), an apple and if I am at work I have a fruit salad everyday. I love fruit :)
 
Well just in case I will try and make sure i at least have my usual fruit each day - which would be an apple, a banana, some berries with breakfast and maybe some pineapple or grapes.

They say 5 to 7 portions a day but I have it cos I like it lol

I think you might be disappointed then lol,I've had them awhile and they are nice but very small so are good for a quick fix :0)

Don't blame you! They are milk chocolate covered and white chocolate covered with vanilla ice cream inside,had three that's been sitting in the freezer for ages so thought I'd eat them up :0)
 
Sound tasty! I do love ice lollies and icecream for their yummy low point treats :) mini twisters for 1pp are my current fave but running low on them now! X
