Well lost 3.75 which I'm super chuffed about,thought I looked thinner in the mirror this morning,lol.Ive got 14.75lb to go :0)

Go you... Exercise done n its only 10:30...Just done my 5 minutes workout from you tube.Was one for the back,used 1.5kg weights as thought I should put the effort in!

I need to collect my weights from my Ma's... Didn't realise I needed weights for the 30DS but a girl in work yesterday told me I did.. And as I have them, I may as well use them...
Tho I don't plan on startign that yet anymore.. Gona work on that Kinnect game thing for a week r so before attempting anything else...
Yea I wanted to get one for that game thing as well.. I kept finding myself moving out of focus for the sensor thing without realising.. So at least of I have a mat I know to stay within a certain area.. So that's on the shopping listYea trying to do a 5 minutes exercise per day as I haven't been doing much and was thinking something is better then nothing lol.Be good if you have a exercise mat as well for the shred.Yea I did other exercises before I started the shred.

I also have a DVD with 15min abs workouts.. So i'll get that going as well soon... I'm FULL of good intentions....
Yea you're so right.. If you do those 5 mins Monday - Friday, that's 25 mins per week..And workout vids (I'm learning) are tougher than just doing a little yerself.. So good idea.. And maybe add on to it a little each week? x

Yea they say to vary your workouts to keep the affects so that's a good plan..Yea maybe go for 10 minutes after a week or so or vary it depending on mood or what time I have! Good idea.Im doing Denise Austin's workout and there's a few of her's on there so will be easy to mix it up.Yea a mat is always handy to have,the 15 minutes DVD sounds good,nice when they aren't too long a session lol.Though they still work so its all good :0)
