Pizza wrap 6pp cheese 3pp Ham 1pp/pineapple/pepper=10pp

Snacks

Rocket lolly 1pp/banana

Tea

Ham 1pp wrapp 5pp(is 11pp for two)

Snacks

Apple/grapes with yoghurt 2pp

22pp used/49 weeklies left

Exercise was dog walking

Homemade ice lolly?
I'm making sorbet today! I thought whatever I dot eat I could pour into a lolly maker for another day! As I can't imagine sorbet freezes well to eat again.

How are you this morning?
 
Morning Purp,yea homemade ice lolly.Was nice.Yum to sorbet,love sorbet,especially lemon! Am planning on getting back into some exercise today,not sure what yet,things aren't great at home so not feeling too great but won't let that stop me :0)
 
Awww :( hope things get better hun! Exercise is a fab stress buster if your in the right mood!
I'm either gonna do my insanity fitness test or start that tomorrow and be lazy all day!

Thanks Purp,well it is Sunday so you are allowed a lazy day lol,I can't imagine you having a lazy day,you are so active :0)

Hey Daisy. Glad your back is better. A bike ride sounds good. At least Suffolk is nice and flat for bike rides. Nottingham has far too many hills...

And baggy size 14 jeans?? Exciting times.
 
Yea we won't go far as OH struggles on a bike but Suffolk is a ideal place for bike riding,I really should get out on my bike more! Yea I'm happy bout the jeans being baggy,my bmi is getting a lot closer to the healthy range now as well,can't wait for it to say healthy after being obese then overweight!
 
Yeah, very exciting to watch things shift so dramatically fromobese to overweight to healthy. I am REALLY looking forward to just getting into the overweight range.
 
You will get there :0) things are turning around for you now.Its nice to have little things other then actual weight loss to spur us on :0)
 
Did the bike ride at the right time,it's now pouring down with rain! We did about 20 minutes biking/10 minutes walking and a nice stop at a bench along the water front :0)

I have no ice cream or choc :0( but thanks for the idea :0) we've had a chat and will see how things go...feel better now :0) haha at 30minutes..full on workout at that!
