Daisy's sf diary

Enjoyed my meal,we shared some garlic dough balls with melted cheese,I had a full English breakfast..left some chips and beans and gave OH 1 of my fried eggs,afters was brownies,ice cream and cream,nom :0) had to laugh as there was a woman on the table next to us with her WW calculator out and going on about grams,typical on my day off lol,pics of my dessert and me and my daughter ;0)

Looking very good Daisy! And well done on the loss. Glad you enjoyed the meal out and off plan day, it was very much deserved.

Thanks about my loss and my day.All been good..was long over due..I look forward to having a sundae next time ;0)
 
Food update for Friday 3rd of August..week 22..day off plan...

Breakfast

Crunchy oats

Lunch/dinner(Frankie and Benny's)

Dough balls with small amount of melted cheese.
Full English breakfast with fries.
Brownies/cream/ice cream

Tea

Ham/tomato wrap/fab/banana/

Snacks

1 tomato(giving to me by my son!)/apple

Exercise was dog walking
 
The dough balls with melted cheese sounds very nice. Never actually had a dough ball - are they kind of kind the doughnut equivalent of garlic bread??

Got any plans for the weekend? Have you still got the kids staying? Or was it just for yesterday?

Just dropped the kids back now,met their Dad at Colchester as they are off to see Ted tonight at the cinema.No plans for the rest of the weekend but as my back is better I really should start my exercises again.I actually preferred the dough balls without the melted cheese! Yea they are like a garlic bread doughnut!
 
Is Ted the film with that rude teddy that smokes and swears?? I think I saw the trailer!
