:) all the frylights r White! It must have more than olive oil in it!

WW sell sprayers so you don't use as much so I'm sure what you do is fine :0)

Food update for Wednesday 8th of august..sf day

Breakfast

Muesli/banana

Lunch

2 eggs on 2 slices of toast/apple

Dinner

Quorn mince veg chilli with added sweetcorn,tomatoes,couscous(flavoured with vegetable stock)

Snacks

Lemon ice lolly

Apple/grapes with yoghurt 3pp

3 weeklies/ 43 left

Exercise was dog walking,longer walk with the OH/5 abs workout

Thanks about my day/dinner,yea I do like a good sized dinner,I still weigh my sides like the couscous and veg.
 
I've decided that when I reach goal that I am going to set myself mini exercise challenges on here as i won't be doing any weight loss ones! It won't be anything too major to start with as I want to be sensible so it may even just be to do exercise 3 times a week but I want to get motivated and I hope doing it on here will help with that and I will have support that way as well :0)
 
That's a great idea! Just push yourself to your own target and try not to compare to others. As its all about your journey.
 
Great idea about exercise goals once you are at target. And very exciting that you are near enough to target to start thinking about it too :)

Yea to be honest I've never been competitive in that way,I've done gym and exercises with friends/family over the years and I encouraged them but did my own things as well :0) everyone is different so it makes sense as you say to do it to personal choice,thanks Purp :0)

I like to plan ahead I guess ;0) might not happen for a little while yet but it will happen hopefully in the winter months when it's cooler and I'm on my own more so can concentrate better and gives me something to do :0)
 
Shame about your oh but good you get some tv time!
Good idea about exercise goals. How far are you til goal? I do minimins from my phone so don't get stats.

He has a 'dodgy' leg that sometimes plays up.Yea a relaxing evening is just as good! Am 11.4.5 and would like to get to 10.7.Thanks about the exercise goals :0)

3 chipolatas 5pp mash 1pp(for butter) beans and a slice of bread for chipolata/bean sandwich

Black currant ice lolly/apple/yoghurt 3pp

9 weeklies used/34 left

Exercise was dog walking
 
That's a brill wk with 34 weeklies left! Should b a good loss tomorrow, good luck!
