Yea I will take things easy this weekend and for the week and see how I go.Doctor said to do walking(which I do with the dog anyhow) but I'm not right now,OH is doing it.I walk abit dodgy at the moment lol

Food update for yesterday 7th of September week 27 ..pp day

Breakfast

Muesli 4pp/banana

Lunch

2 Omlettes 8pp with Cherry tomatoes on the side/apple

Dinner

Chilli mince 3pp(with mushrooms,peas,sweetcorn,onion,pepper,carrot)added sweetcorn 3pp/slice of bread 2pp


Sundae

Meringue 1pp icecream 5pp choc sauce 1pp choc bits 8pp mini marshmallows 1pp

36pp/10 weeklies used/39 left

Managed my mini birthday challenge of 5 wi's to lose 5lbs just before my birthday,went half a pound past it,managed also my 6..7..8..
Mainly as walked the dog before I fainted so exercise was a little bit of dog walking ;0)

Glad your back is a little improved today. I have had a few incidents with my back over the year so I really do sympathise. Food looking good, I reckon you could possibly credit feeling better to the sundae... They have secret medicinal properties I have heard ;)

This is your birthday weekend isn't it? Is it today or tomorrow???

At least you have got a few days before your actual birthday for your back to improve. Fingers crossed x

Get a yoga dvd, that should help strengthen ur back! My kettlebells strengthened my back but I wouldn't recommend u do that just yet!
