It's fine. It's your diary you can write what you want. :) plus your not really complaining.

We all need treats and we all need times when we go off plan or eat tasty foods. What's the point in being thin if we can't have treats :)
 
First day of 6..7..8 done (6 glasses of water/7 portions of fruit and veg/8 minutes exercise)

6- + glasses of water
7-fruit/veg-banana-tomatoes-orange-baked beans-grapes-cherries-apple!
8-20 minutes of gym ball

Well said there..on both bits ;0) yea..I will be in the 10s soon enough,I can't complain,ive enjoyed the journey :0)
 
Have done my 8 minutes exercise by walking Lola abit longer this morning,it's normally a very quick walk first thing! Lola is one today..we've had her for nine months now..wouldn't want to be without her!
 
Food update for yesterday,pp day,Wednesday 5th of September

Breakfast

Muesli 4pp banana

Ham 1pp tomato and cheese 1pp toastie 5pp /orange

Dinner

Cod in batter 7pp mash 6pp beans 5pp

Snacks

Apple grapes cherries

29pp/3weeklies used/8 left

Exercise was dog walking/20 minutes gym ball

Day one of 6..7..8.. Completed

Umm cherries, my fav fruit, if only they weren't so expensive!
 
Happy birthday Lola!! Another aunty Janine hug to be provided to her please Daisy.

Food looking really good, well done on doing the challenge. I think things like that sometimes just focus us a bit more and improve motivation even if they don't change what we are actually eating or doing that much.

Good luck for weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed there will be a "10" on the scales :)

Exercise was dog walking/day 2 of 6..7..8 completed..

Tea looks good! U eat a lot of ham! Do u like ham?

Yeah u will b like oh I had this this and this for tea and ham! It's not a bad thing just something I noticed the last wk ! I cent believe u only have one slice in ur sw I have to have at least 2 of the thin slices
