No prezzies as friends treated me to a meal and my best friend is treating me to a gig.Ive asked for flowers or a plant from the OH as money is tight ..I've had some lovely cards and birthday wishes though :0)

Ok didn't plan on having this especially as i'd had a crunchie already today,but OH said a sundae is a must on my birthday ;0)
I said to him bout my weight gain worry this week due to lack of exercise and totm but as he said,I've done well and any weight gained I can get back off!

Pork/roast potatoes(first time OH cooked these/very yummy!)peas/gravy 1pp 2 yorkshires 2pp

Sundae

Meringue 1pp choc 8pp choc sauce 1pp ice cream 5pp mini marshmallows 1pp

22 weeklies used/11 left

6+ water

7- only five as had sundae instead of fruit!

8-reckon I did this walking slowly in Felixstowe today!
