(within reason) you can call me what you like! Good news about OH's student money coming in, must have missed that when I read through earlier. Know you aren't going to go mad but what do you have planned as the "little extras" when you go shopping?
 
Extras were the garlic and herb spread,bagels,more muffins,nuts,seeds,lentils for soup,more choc sauce for sundaes ;0)
Got myself the WW mag and a casserole dish as well!
Thanks about calling you what I like..would always be polite of course ;0)
 
I've had a think today..am still doing WW but while I'm still not 100% I'm not counting/pointing,I will still be weighing my food and generally being good but I don't think extra worry will help right now,like I've been told by a couple of people how tired and washed out I look so I got some lucozade today but begrudge counting it,OH reckons it's best to get myself well and keep my energy up which is right,not using being poorly as a excuse to pig out though!
Have brought good foods today with only a hint of naughties going in the trolley ;0)
 
I think that sounds like a sensible plan. You always seem to be pretty restrained when you have time off plan anyway and I think you do need to focus on your health more than weight loss sometimes and the stress of counting everything and working out how to make up your dailies and if you have used enough/ not enough/ too many weeklies can really get on top of you after a while. Hope you takes the pressure off a little.

Just a thought - but do you feel you actually need to lose any more weight? You've lost 3stone which is amazing and you always look really good in your pictures but obviously you know what is best for you.
 
Hope the healthy eating goes well! To b fair I don't think u eat enough now anyway, perhaps that's y ur tired and washed out!

Thanks Janine,I mainly go with the flow and have a odd blip where I feel like I've gained but generally I'm ok but I guess im not normally ill!
What you say makes total sense and so long as I don't go over 11 stone I do have a healthy bmi,10.7 was my own little goal.

I do think I probably need to eat more while I am poorly! As to wi,yea I still will though I know I've gained this week but that's ok as no exercise and totm!

I reckon if u made a fruit smoothie once a day and packed it full of fruit it might help with the energy!

I'm no good with smoothies! But thanks though,going to try and make a Lancashire hotpot tomorrow,thanks for the recipe :0)
 
Main thing is you look after yourself. You need to have what your body needs for a while. Don't worry about points, as everyone says you never go really off the rails when off plan. I hope you feel better soon.
