Step 1 Sole Source Day 1 again, 6st off but 6st on !

Morning Angel,

Sounds like you had a fabby day with your daughter - I love the sound of the black tree with your new living room decoration - very glam!

Have a lovely Friday and weekend - many plans?

xx

Evening all just posted in the main board, word from the convention is the spicy tomato soup is being replaced with tomato & basil. There is a new cook fresh book ( ideal for you flick ) Two new products are spaghetti Bolognese & a mushroom risotto apparently fine on all steps and only 200kcal per sachet :) Not heard of any new bars as of yet x x

Evening all,

Another day 100% SS, short walk this morning but nothing worth logging, maybe only 2.5 / 3 miles. I have resisted weighing for the past 2 days as I'm TOTM and don't want the scales to annoy me.

Had my 3 products which included a lemon bar, again I have no desire to have another, in fact I only had it as I had rice pudding earlier so the bar was a easy option so I do feel much more in control with regards to the bars.

Not sure how I feel about the two new products, mushroom risotto and bolognese sound fab but sometimes once I chew it makes me want to eat more . . . . . .so I shall reserve judgement, I do however think the choc hazelnut would be a fab shake if made hot :)

Not a lot else to log, I'm on a Monty mission . . . . . . . . ( John Lewis lol ) so off to give myself a heart attack with the eBay prices as all sold out here in Newcastle :)

Here's to a fab weekend for us all x x x

i take it monty is the toy from the ad? good luck in your search glad to hear its all comng along nicely jenx

#monty indeed he is the little penguin from the advert, I even visited montys corner the other day :) most products sold out, I'm a sucker for a Xmas kids. Like most people my favourite memories are family times at Xmas. I know that's why I make such a big deal of it :-(
A few will know my mum past away 4 years ago, but my step father and brother had also passed away several years ago do special memories are extra important and my mum used to make Xmas the best we could have dreamed of as children, hence my slight obsession.

I LOVE XMAS :)

Morning all :)

Off to work, 1 shake down and NO water as of yet :-( I will buy some at the station and refill my bottle in the office.
Today's a " course " type day.
Nothing fits except good old faithful leggings :-( teamed with a chiffon floaty blouse and boots it looks semi smart ( it's a casual day thank god )
I need a few outfits suitable for work but I begrudge buying as I want to be back on my train.

Not a lot to report, today will be another 100% day and again I've not weighed in this morning so may now wait until Monday, not expecting a lot this week after last weeks -7 but anything will be a joy.

Hope everyone has a fab weekend :)

image-116220913.jpg Evening all, Just in from work and was rather excited by our new staff scales as part of their health & well being tours. The scales will stay so I will check every few weeks or so. Today shows the same weight as my CDC on Monday but I'm TOTM and had drank quite a bit water by then so fingers crossed for a drop no matter how small by Monday for my next ( unofficial ) weigh in. 2 products down so far and only need another litre of water. Came home to a Lemon & lime cake from " Betty's " a gift a friend had brought round whist I was at work. I'm gutted as the date is 19.11 so not long to eat or waste it :-( It will break my heart but I guess I will have to pass it to hubby to enjoy but he will smother it in custard and not even taste the cake ! Nothing else to report, hope everyone has had a fab day x x x

We are lucky that we never work Xmas day or Boxing Day and I've got Annual leave in for NY, I did swap with a girl with small children last year so she could have Xmas Eve off, I agree it's more for people with small children.
I love fairy lights, last year was the 1st year for a long time that we've not done outside, already debating if we should do it this year :)

I'm loving it at the mo but know I will have ups and downs in dec due to so many festive breaks but I had consisted this when I started and will still try my very best throughout.
Your doing great x x

Apparently the meal packs are the same price as the bars :)

Evening all :)

Another good weekend 100% on plan, so fingers crossed the scales are kind to me tomorrow, still my TOTM although maybe gone by the morning.

Not a lot to report, I've somehow managed to get myself into another drinky day away in Edinburgh in Dec which will include lots of drinks and lunch BUT I've just got myself out of my works Xmas night out, they are doing Indians then drinks after, I'm in work for the 4 following days including Xmas eve so said as the Sat is my last free day I best decline :)
In reality I would have rathe enjoyed it but I can't do everything or I would be off plan more than on it lol.

As you will know the new Cambridge shake is key lime pie, not fussed on the sound of it but it may be nice ?

Quite like the idea of the spaghetti bolognese which is apparently going to be priced the same as bars ? 200kcal so available on all steps. As is the mushroom risotto which also sounds nice :) I think it's a great move from Cambridge in the respect people will feel much more " normal " however I do find once I chew I feel more hungry so I guess it's a big change from the no food on SS even though its allowed on SS if that makes sense.
Mushroom risotto available next week but bolognese not until Jan :) I guess out of curiosity more than anything I will want to try them :)
I know Cambridge already do or did do ready meals for the higher steps but I've never tried any so can't image what a 200kcal meal tastes like.

Work tomorrow then a retail park afterwards to collect some per ordered Xmas presides, decorators here Tue for the kitchen work Wed & Thur then should be off all weekend with a review of how I'm feeling re work and fingers crossed I may be allowed back on my train :) so a busy bee week as will need to clear nic naks from kitchen etc, new table & chairs will be assembled some point after Tue and I can't wait to get back to a bit normality. Opted for a grey shade instead of cream in the kitchen, hubby has put me off it tho saying its like battleship grey ! I didn't want it that dark so fingers crossed its not to bad or I may just have a melt down lol.

Anyway enough of my Sunday evening rambling lol hope everyone has had a fab weekend, will update after my weigh in tomorrow x x x

Morning all, week 8 weigh in and a STS,
I can cope with it as still slight STS and a whopping -5 last week. I still need -7 in 2 weeks to get to dec goal but had prayed I would be there before Dec to give me a little padding.

Still 100% so the drop will come and of course this was on my scales, CDC were -2 lower than mine last week so if I go by mine it's a -2 but I'm going to stick with my official weigh in weigh last week which is a STS ( hope that makes sense )
I did have a late night and sometimes that doesn't help.

Off to work soon 11 / 5

Anyway here's to a fab start to the week,
Good luck to everyone weighing in today and for the rest of the week :)

Morning Kat,

A STS is great considering TOTM and late nights - i'm sure you'll get that -7lb before the end of the month. I've now got -3lb to go to (upper) target...needing a good week this week to get there - it's quite exciting just how close it is now.

Loving all the Christmassy talk - did some shopping and wrapping at the weekend - bought myself a new Christmas mug too! :) Feeling festive - though OH has banned Christmas songs until December!

Have a good - sounds incredibly busy - week.

xx
