Morning all, After a rubbish start to the week I tried to pull my socks up as I know eating and falling off track won't help my daughter or myself. I'm so pleased I've had a better end to the week. . . . . . <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=164379"/> 13.8 at last ( not a massive drop but my lowest for around 2 years ) It now puts me in the Overweight category rather than the obese band. I could have a flipping party, I am seriously buzzing and this will keep me in track no matter what this week brings ! ! ! I'm back to work full time & full shifts from tomorrow but a nice short shift this afternoon. My next weigh in with my Consultant is next Sat so I'm not going to post another weigh in until then. I won't hit my initial Jan target of 14 lb off but my next aim is to be in the 12's by valentines weekend where I have 2 nights away with the hubby. Hope everyone is having a fab weekend
Morning all,
Today the scales are still + 1 lb, I'm going to stick with Cambridge only products and see how it goes.
Full shift at work today so a bit extra activity compared to my days off. Walk to & from my station is around 1.2 miles In total, not a lot at all but I track it and then walk lots at work, you could say I walk from Newcastle to London lol.
The hardest part is avoiding the first class comps although the bottled water is a godsend for tracking my water intake.
I'm feeling confident this morning of a loss by Sat. . . . , I know the drop comes it's just frustrating at times especially when I know I've been 100%.
Today is 10 weeks exactly to my holidays
I would love another 2 stone loss by then, it would be more if I didn't have things planned between now & then.
Will catch up with you all now and hope your all doing ok x x
angel i was checking with one of my work mates (we re podiatrists) and she said about 80% of diagnosis have no other problems so the odds are heavily stacked in your favour. they do have to inform you of the worst case, hard but this is just the way it is. this doesn t help until you get the all clear but there is high possibility it will be alright jxx
Thanks Hun, that's very nice of you . . . . D day today , phone on loud, pot if coffee and trying to keep myself busy. Will let you all know as soon as I hear but thank you all for your kind thoughts and wishes x x
