Lol I swear it's been one of those days that I start something n it turned into something else!! My friend calls me mrs motivator lol!!

Another day over with. Had a shake a rice pud and a bar today think the variety helped me survive. Thai time in 4 weeks I will be in Greece. Slightly worried about he food side if it all tho. Spoke to jay about it and think will let him go down for breakfast with his folks whilst I get ready then have a shake late late morning. Late lunch round the pool will be a 99cal Cambridge bar and jay said he will have a lemon and peanut bar so I'm not tempted by him eating. Then I will have a shake at 5isj when he has a beer and dinner in evening. Won't be able to know exact calories in evening but will stick to meat n fish with salad and possibly a couple of potatoes. That should keep me on step 3 all week and hopefully come back with a maintain which will be a small miracle for me as i usually gain 10kb at least in a week. It's not a boozy up holiday as we are going with his parents so that's one thing at least. I just feel happy that I have a plan even if I don't stick to it while week at least I know I have options. Xx

That all sounds super hun and a really good plan of attack. Bless jay for assisting as well, you must be so relieved that's food isn't going to be flaunted at all angles. Don't feel bad if you nibble a bit more, you can rectify it when you're home and get back on plan

Morning.
Conference is in Buckinghamshire somewhere lol and yes BBQ tues evening.
I can't afford to come off plan as got a wedding a week today where we are in Scotland 2 nights so gotta keep going strong.
I'm currently still in bed jay is stressed about this sofa fitting through friends door lol I'm hiding. It all kicks off at 11-45 god help us xx

Oh it's a drug companies head office so am staying in Marlow at night then off to their head office during day.
Oh no 5am isn't good least u can drink lots of water tho today lol. Xx

Morning ladies!

How are you doing today and how was your evening?

ive been in the kitchen all morning. I've made a huge batch of granola.....loads of nuts, seeds, fruit, all natural ingredients and very nutritional. Also slow roasted some tomatoes. This afternoon we are making granola breakfast bars. Oddly I'm finding it very easy to resist even though it all smells yummy. My daughter is the pallet and I'm the chopper lol

Hi Lizz I completely get that mindset - like me yesterday I cooked for several people but actually found it easy!!

We are off to a horse sanctuary this afternoon which will involve walking a good distance!!

Ohhh I love horses. Had my own for years but it died before I went to medical school and have never had chance to replace any of them always too much of a commitment. Jay wouldn't really wanna help me either so is a no go lol. Least with out dogs it's easy as they're both Labradors and he takes them to work and they are PAT dogs on the elderly psych wards lol. Sounds bonkers I know as he works in early interventions but means they're well loved and looked after with jay only in his office round corner so makes me happy.
Sofa all went smoothly window back in and we are on chairs now hehe.
I like the granola idea may have to steal that when I'm at goal xx

No you don't get to ride but they are all really friendly! Some of the stories of how they have been treated are so sad but the change in them is unbelievable - we go quite a lot as my daughter has adopted a horse so we go to see how he's getting on. They have a big play area and lots of donkeys aswell. It's free to get in and a truly lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Glad the sofa is out with no bother!!

Well test of day comprises of who will win the league now in our house city or Liverpool. This should be interesting as jay supports Liverpool his brother supports city and me and his other Brother are united fans and hate both these teams lol. His other brother doesn't do football so they're not coming. They're the ones getting married in August. Thing is there's nowhere for anyone to sit lol. And this literally has only just dawned on me hahaha

It is a bit. With the bars I swapped butter for veg oil and used grated apple and pears to moisten and halved the sugar content. More natural that way.

I would not want to be in your house right now that's for sure! I'm man city all the way. Can't stand Liverpool.

Hahahaha Lizz I hate Liverpool too buy I hate city more xos the fans are arrogant and as we are all from Manchester in my family and jays it's like war lol. I'm not going to lie this is ridiculous as we have the Liverpool game in downstairs sat on chairs footstools and beanbags and jay is making his brother watch the city game up on the third floor spare room on the tv up there and relay the score. Thought my ceilings were going to come trough when city scored haha. Half time now phew!!! My sis in laws are at one of their houses (where jays been going for tea lol) are doing a big post match hot buffet :-( they don't mind me not going I don't think they feel bad for me if you get me. I just can't sit with 5 adults and 4 kids and a baby all troughing as her food is lush I was even dreaming about her samosas last night lol. Xx

Liverpool losing 1-0 cos of own goal and city winning 2-0 so think it's a given for city now lol.
Buffets are the absolute devil for sure and a major weakness. She does samosas pakora and bahji with dips then warm pasta bakes with loads of cheese on and cheese n onion pie and homemade pizzas. U can tell she doesn't work at the moment she has too much time on her hands lol although she does have 3 kids so that's a bit unfair of me to say lol. Think she will go back part time at some point as it's their own practise she can do lucky thing. Jay said he feels bad leaving me to go and stuff himself lol I could see in his eyes he was praying I wouldn't say 'stay with me don't go' haha. He will just get up early tomorrow and run 10k to burn it off lucky thing
