Thank you amigos :) I'm so relieved!! And I have 30+ boxes packed already so I'm half way there! Kitchen will take the longest as I have so many gadgets!

OMG the rain in Birmingham is astonishingly bad!!!!! Really noisy!

Rain is pants here too I got soaked before popping to boots.
I'm doing ma nails again tonight now new polishes have arrived lol xx
 
That's good going with the packing Lizz. I have just got back from a quick swim (the flats have a gym and pool and a bar attached). Now I'm going to have my last product and some more water. I've been in asbestos training today and I am knackered.

Since getting home I've discovered that my virgin TV will only show the first 7 channels. Can't be bothered sorting it out so I'm going to wash the dishes instead!

Unplug it and then plug it back in after 5 mins lol. I've cried at corrie done my nails and now having my bar. Headache coming again and went dizzy like loosing my balance earlier too xx

I tried that. Our TV is always breaking down! Annoying but hey I've now washed the dishes!

M getting a headache too. Bloody blind spot so potentially a migraine if I can't stop it in it's tracks. So that me off to bed. Hope you all have good nights! See you in the morning!

It's only small, costs us a fortune and has less than great opening hours. But a dip in the pool on a hot day is lovely and the steam room and sauna on a cold day too.

I'm booked in for a spinning class tonight! Not done one before. I suspect I'm going to die slowly!

My headache has eased. I managed to avoid the full blown migraine, I hate the tunnel vision and blurry vision. I'm knackered already today and I've not left the house yet!

Hope your headache goes soon Autumn!

The house was nice but not perfect. We know our flat is lovely and that's why we aren't desperate to move to somewhere that isn't perfect!
 
No point rushing into something. You need kirstie and Phil on the job to help you.
This headache feels really sinusy and sudafed seems to help just hope it's not an infection tho or that will ruin my holiday xx

I'm feeling better today - haven't taken my antibiotics as literally within an hour of taking them i can't keep my eyes hours n feel super drowsy! (Not good with 2kids)! I go back to the hospital today so will discuss it with the dr I just want to get back on plan!! An early peak on the scales shows a gain of 4lbs which I'm pleased with considering I've had 9days off and I'm sure the swelling on my foot will be contributing some aswell!!!
 
Sorry I've been AWOL this morning, it's been a manic day and tonight I shall be working as well by the looks of things :( very annoying!

Tigg, how was spin? I've done them before and they're bloody good!

I've finally managed a poo lol which pleased me. The bit that doesn't please me is not seeing my CDC until 8 sodding PM!!!! She has other clowns so she'll see them first as mine is en route! This really makes me quite mad as I have my own bloody plans and when she wants to come early because people cancel, I let her! It's really annoyed me :/ but then I really want to get weighed and measured too! :(

My head is coming and going. OMG manic here too had to admit 3 women already and only seen 6 in outpatients this is not good lol. Also my cousin is having pains and been sent home from work she's stressed as she's not due for 4-5 weeks and her hubby's flight from Spain been delayed by 6 hours. If I survive today it will be a miracle. In other news jay is off work and I showed him a dress online I liked cos it matched my new nail polish. And he's been out and bought me from debenhams whoop whoop. It's a 16 which he decided was best for my boobs lol.
Lizz glad u did a poo without tablets and hang in there until 8 xx

I'm leaving shortly as my head hurts so much I can't wait to get home. It's wiping me out will ask CDC about it Thursday. I've been in ketosis for weeks and I'm drinking 3.25-4 litres instead of the 2.25 so it really must be hayfever and sinus trouble.
U need a better CDC I never get messed about like that xx
 
Everyone has a better CDC than me lol I've finally had a product today! Cappuccino 'ice cream' and now no more water until she's been! :(

My laptop is already back out and in use :(

Yeah I'm home had tablets and not really touched it. Having a second product now and today will have had about 4.5 litres so double what they say. Jay has made a good point tho. I've done total ss for 2 weeks now and not had kne ss+ meal so I wonder if that's effected me somehow with the headaches? As I will be on more ketosis than ever. I may try a 150 cal meal of chicken and salad tonight. Undecided yet really. I feel panicky about going up to 650 cals in a day good lord what will I be like when I go away having 810-1000 lol xx

It shouldn't effect you hun. I do SS all the time and rarely get headaches unless they are work or hair related lol see how you feel about the food later after your tucked up on bed after your second and third products!
