Thanks guys, pretty chuffed abt the 7.5, gives me the motivation to continue this week. Will start out slow on the walks, am so unfit. Ran my son on a little bike around this toddler cafe we went to this afternoon and I was puffed after one lap! Disaster. Lizz, jealous of your 75 swim laps! I can barely do one. Autumn hope you get home soon and fed! Just had the peanut crunch bar, so nice!! Saving my last shake til later. We are going to watch a movie so it will be my treat!
It's amazing how 1 weigh in can change how motivated you are. Just remember that if you have a 1 or 2lb loss one week that the diet is still working. If you're 100%, it can't fail.
Haha I used to swim 13 times a week and was about to go competitive when I met my ex husband so it was good to be back on form.
The peanut bar is lush I have one every night and nibble it for an hour haha
Current loss: 33lbs and 27.5inches
