Day 1 tomorrow

Omfg.... <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=144164"/> I'm wearing these and an 'XS' belt from next!!! It's a fluke! I couldn't get into the size 12 ones from asda because of my calf muscles but next size 10 are fine? What the hell! Lol xx Current loss: 39lbs and 27.5inches

My calf muscles hold me back too I have lovely pants that are now too big on waist and too tight on calves aghhh.

Well Tink I have bought a new tv today could have got a 38 after all but the 32 is still big enough anyway and looks nice xxx

Afternoon ladies,,

How is everyone?? This Tink is tired n in desperate need of her bed!!

Nice shopping Autumn!!!

Check out Lizz in her skinny jeans and a loss of 6lbs!!

Jealous of Tigg trekking of to the seaside!! Hope the sun held out for??

Right ladies need an opinion -- has anyone got any experience of a vibra plate???? Thoughts, reviews experiences needed please?! xx

We went to whitstable. Then about an hour ago it did start to rain so we came home. Now sitting watching the rain with a cup of tea! Size 10 Lizz!!! That's brilliant. Really pleased for your weight loss too! I will go shopping some time this week and buy some clothes that actually fit! Though I admit I was thinking of just ordering stuff online (and then sending most of it back probably!) but I don't know what websites to use! I know I haven't lost anything this week (not nearly enough water during the training week, as always!) I have a headache and feel tired. My weigh in is tomorrow morning so we will see!

Online for me everytime Tiggs unless I know I want something from joules and am near a store.
Try next I find their stuff reasonable and good quality and there's an app for iPhone or iPad too so easy and comes next day. Xx

This ss+ business feels too good to be true.
I had a frappacino style shake at 11 (mint choc)
Then after finished work and got home via new tv purchase I went geocaching on the moors with the dogs and came home to banana ice cream shake and jelly. Got a poached egg asparagus and cottage cheese lined up for tea then more jelly with a mint choc Ice cream shake for supper. Think I will try ss during the week when I'm busy to help losses as I've hardly had any water and been walking I. Lakes plus Pilates DVD scales have gone up aghhhh. Xx

Never been on one hun! I don't really know anything about it actually but it all sounds a bit too good to be true.

How was your day tink? You had a busy one?

I'm an online shopper too Tigg, but I felt brave! I actually think it's a massive fluke but it's nice to say I'm in a size 10 lol

My calves annoy me! They just ruin everything. Can't do anything about them either.

I'm loving my jelly right now! I have a herbal tea and some water on the go too!

I've decided to have 2 days off from eating bars. It's becoming too habitual and I don't want to rely on them.

Autumn give the exercise a break this week if you're going to SS and hopefully that'll put you in the bracket down xx

Current loss: 39lbs and 27.5inches

I've not used the vibraplate things but know someone who swears by them. Though she said you need a good instructor to tell you what to do and how to do it properly.

Aren't they dead expensive?xx

Current loss: 39lbs and 27.5inches

I think the craze that was around for them a little while back means that lots of places have them and are now offering really good deals for sessions. But I've never used one.

Certainly there's a well known voucher site that has offers on it.

Only asking cos there's was one for sale on an fb sale site for £40 looks brand new n didn't know whether to go for it or not?? xx

I rented a vibroplate for a month before i got married but uses it in conjunction with a thread mill so don't know how effective it was on its own. My friend goes to Vibro classes I.e. group of people with their own machine and an instructor in a room and she swears by it. Says its like high octane aerobics as in no just standing on it, you actually do yoga type poses on it. Says it is good for toning!

Had a crap day. Was making my first shake and my blender (which is part of a food processor I only got at Xmas) started leaking my shake all over the place :( raging. Had to run up to local electrics store to get a new one as I know I will find it hard to make the shakes anyway nice otherwise. Did manage to get a nice tefal one on sale. Was then late over to my friends house and she was annoyed. She also produced a big chocolate cake even though I told her defo no cake. My son hadnt had his dinner (brought it with me to give him) and refused to eat it when he saw the cake. Went bananas when I wouldn't let him have it. Agh!!! I resisted the cake and scones. Ate a lemon yog bar with a cuppa tea.

Oh no you really haven't had a good day have you! Well done for resisting though, emotional eating is only good at the time and then you regret it!

You'll have to look at the omniblend! I'm not allowed one unless I'm 10 7 on New Year's Day, it's my motivation because they're so expensive but tink and autumn have them and I'm so jealous! lol xx

I know those days where everything happens against you hun but least u have come out on tops. I'm sat here starving hungry tonight and will be pacing up n down soon aghhhh.
Cake is the devil xx

The cake looked so good... RESIST!! RESIST!!

On a positive note the blender fits on my kitchen counter. The other one you had to attach to the base of the food processor so it was too tall to fit under the cabinets so it makes it a bit easier. Also heading away next weekend and this one is nice and tidy so will be able to bring it with me! :) cloud/silver lining!

Am also starving. Husband gone off to the gym so I'm sitting here glugging sparking water as down on my water intake today. It's going to be another manic week at work next week so going to get all my stuff ready to go and bring it in tomorrow. At least I won't have to think about stopping to eat all week :) hahaha!

Love u how u find a positive in everything lol
What do u do work wise? Xx

Haha I've never been to Ireland! I've been looking at going next year on holiday because you're across water but drive on the correct side of the road, unlike stupid France!!! Lol xx

Current loss: 33lbs and 27.5inches

Come on away over lizz just don't forget your rain gear lol! :)

I works as an ops manager for a multinational bank. It's pretty stressful and long hours. I think it's where I keep falling down with food. I definitely stress eat and am generally so up the walls i don't have time to move from my desk all day so grab anything in the canteen and shove it in my gob for lunch just to keep going. So tired in the evening I eat anything (I will admit to eating bags of crisps instead of dinner often as just too tired to make it which is embarrassing to say the least). I've put on a stone and a half in a year and a half since I went back from maternity leave. I have to change the "I've had a really crap day, I deserve something nice" mentality as everyday is mental so need to find something else other than food as a reward.

Haha welcome onboard the crazy workers club! I think all of us have pretty mental jobs so you're in good company!

I'd love to come to Ireland! There are such pretty areas I'm lead to believe! X

Current loss: 39lbs and 27.5inches

There really is lizz, I know I am biased but some of the scenery is breathtaking once you get out of the cities. If you need any tips give me a shout!

I wanted to go to france, but i have a fear of driving on the "right" (but wrong) side of the road and causing an accident! ha ha! OCD! Such fun

how is everyone this morning?

I had a message off my old CDC in the end so cant complain, but still happy with the decision i've made. xx
