Day one in the LT house!

Morning Carla, I woke up feeling a little better I think ( I've only just woke up- I'm on the school hols) I've yet to venture out of bed! Me too for day

I am struggling today feel very weak and tired plus really hungry now think I will get an early night and see what tomorrow brings xxx
 
Come on Carla, I was just saying to frankie I feel a bit rough ( felt fine this morning!) I think I'm going hour by hour! Weakness is for the weak- we're strong! We can do it! Xx

It does feel like everything you could possibly want to eat is torturing you when the OHs cooking doesn't it? Sad thing is for me is that I am still in charge of sorting the food shopping and he still relies on me to plan what he eats for lunch and dinner every single day! WTH is that about??? Men lol!
 
Haha I have refused I do the kids there meals when he is working but he does his own when is here. Xxx

Thats so not fair haha! My OH is hating this life as he actually has to cook every night after work and prepare his own packed lunch each day....have told him to just make sandwiches for lunch but he says he prefers a hot lunch like I would normally prepare....says he misses my cooking already...get used to it my friend haha!
 
How long have you been on it and what have you lost so far? How much do you plan on loosing xx

I started on 06/03 for the first time ever...then fell off the wagon on over Easter and my birthday weekends which were a week apart....started back last Tuesday and overall I've lost 11lbs in a month which I think is bloody good given i cheated...lol

I have found it easier this time for some reason....have a total my long term goal is to get to 10.7stone....but for now I'm taking it a month at a time even though I'd love for it all to be gone by our August holiday!

how about you?
 
Started this Monday I am 12st3.5 and want to get to 9.7 or till I feel good first weigh in on Saturday what is your weigh in day xxx
 
Hi ladies,

Oh the cooking in the first few days is the worst :-( I keep telling myself that I'm denying myself just for a short while! Don't get me wrong, I'm giving people evils for eating around me thinking they're doing it to me on purpose! ( I obviously need to stop this paranoia!) I'm going to get weighed on Friday a few days early (day 5) but in hoping for some good news either way! Xxx

Oh I just posted in the other bit but ill say it again well done that's amazing you should be soo proud if yourself :) going to get some more sachets prob fri so I may aswell get weighed then too ill most prob be disappointed as it will only be day 5 but the following week it'll be a Friday again so hopefully it'll even out! Xx

yeah I am! :) I got the chicken soup.... yuk! I've just had it for my tea and I didnt like it one bit, it was powdery even tho i blended it, got two packets left so Im going to have one for my breakfast to get it out of the way! xx
 
Ewww soup for brekkie! Living like a rock n roll star!! I'm only gonna get 1 and plough it with salt and pepper! Xx

I am looking forward to trying the soup my friend has it and loves it she has it for her tea every night was thinking of doing the same xx
