yeah I am!I got the chicken soup.... yuk! I've just had it for my tea and I didnt like it one bit, it was powdery even tho i blended it, got two packets left so Im going to have one for my breakfast to get it out of the way! xx
Haha I shouldn't laugh but that's exactly what I thought! Couldn't bear it so I threw it out and had a shake instead and went for a weigh in earlier than scheduled and asked them for more as I couldn't stomach the soup and they were fine about it....don't torture yourself having it if its that's bad if you don't have to...this is a hard enough psychological journey as it is...

Yep bunged up is part of the journey...there's fibre clear that the chemist should have and recommend for this diet....I have personally tried it and it didn't work for me....I alternate between psyllium husk or aloe Vera colon cleanse tablets from holland & Barrett.
my poor OH cheers me on when I finally "go" as I've gone from being daily regular as clock work to a couple times a week!
cant believe I've just shared my bathroom habits with strangers on the Internet....I am a weirdo! Lol xxx

Im sooooo jealous! I seriously am...some days I'm sure I sound obsessed by the topic that I wonder why my OH puts up with it...I text him this morning to say the "evacuation" was complete whilst he was at work...yes I am officially a weirdo!
glad I make you laugh....I often sit here ad laugh at the wonderment that is my nutty brain haha! Think the shakes are making me crazy perhaps?

Haha surely this going wont last but the stomach cramps are a bit crap!(ooh no pun intended!) when I used to visit my OH at his house I could never 'go' for about a year! Good job I only visited him once a week! When I finally did go, he was like " I'm really proud of you babe!" I still make him go out! Xx

OMG I remember the countless times I've held it in when you first meet someone....me and OH laugh about it now as he was doing it too for the first year we were together haha! I still can't bring myself to go in public toilets though....especially at work! Waaaaay too scary! I ave been known to walk to another one of our offices nearby where no one knows me and seek out a quiet floor in emergency situations!
Oh the stomach cramps, headaches and furry mouth are horrid! My poor toothbrush must hate me....I've given the bad breath a name...the fur! Lol

How the hell did that send mid way! Anyway we sound similar in the toilet stakes- can't go anywhere and even when I'm at my parents I have to put the tap on! I'm beyond weird! My breath has started going badddd - I'm hoping I've gone into ketosis! I've invested in the mouth strips and will now start carrying toothbrush! Xx

ooh the bad breath is a firm sign of arriving in keto-land...whoop whoop!
I couldn't find the breath strips so I'm constantly charging my toothbrush "Tina"....she's my new bestie! My next door neighbour is a dentist who's offered to become my dentist....there's no way we could stay friends or neighbours if she came near my mouth whilst on this diet lol.
How ironic is it that I can share my bathroom habits to the Internet world but won't go to the loo anywhere public except my own house eh??

Hahaha I know but no one can see each other! At least you know I can't stop crapping now! I took my daughter to the dentist today and just kinda muffled my mouth in case anything bad escaped! Hey maybe also at the end of the malarkey we'll have a Simon cowell smile! Xx

Haha there's no way I could have ventured into that dentist....I would have sent her in on her own due to me being convinced that they'd be able to sniff out my yucky breath!

I've been a ***** to be honest! My housemate has steered clear of me! I'm not sure If my parents agree with it as my dad keeps making good food I swear he's doing it on purpose! I could actually go down for murder! I hope my mood lightens before sat when I see OH! Xx
