Having a low day today as my scales still showing a gain and I need to get everything moving again x
 
Hi hon just got back stayed the same I can wear that just I have been really good up until yesterday and even with alcohol and takeaway I averaged 1250 a day so but harsh but hopefully it will catch up next week x

Hope so my nan went back into hospital yesterday she has fluid I. The lungs caused by the hospital taking the wrong medication away from her last time she was in just after Christmas so not happy with them
At the moment they have been useless from start to finish x
Oh no sorry to hear that - is she in Basildon Hospital, hope she gets the care she deserves and is home fit and well soon

Nan is in Milton Keynes general they are pants that's all I have to say about that x

Food is low today keeping meals low as with everything going on at the mo got few issues at work as well and my niece and sister both have to go in hospital for three days it leaves me room incase I break and have some naughties on the evening and if I don't i will a nice drop
On the scales next week hopefully

At the gym in the mornings I do 20 mins cardio cross trainer and rowing then about 35 mins of weights lots of arm chest and shoulders and the leg press then i do some an work dojng planks for 30 seconds with 15 sec rest for about 5 mins x
 
Sure it will just feel a bit like its too many things to think about plus I am applying for a promotion I have been dojng two jobs since Christmas when my friend died and it's all getting a bit much and they are taking the piddle a little bit so they have said they will advertise the job but no I have to apply for it and have two interviews even though I have been doing it for 3 months x
 
I know i mean the circumstances were hard and I feel really weird about it all anyway as it was my friends job but you also get to the point where you can't be take. The piss out of either, I am an assistant engineer I am currently covering two jobs plus do over time three evenings a week three weeks out of four where I don't get in till midnight so I am knackerd doesn't help with the eating thing x
 
Added some extras to my dinner as I was starving total for day so far 1106

Yep lol I had rocket with chopped apple lite salad cream
And lite coleslaw it is yum and really fills you up
 
The jacket pot looks delish!! Will def try the chopped up apple in salad as love extra crunch. Sorry to hear work is difficult at the moment, I'm sure you will get the promo- so irritating when they have to go through procedure etc when you are clearly best for the role :(
 
Thanks guys I will keep you posted, in a much more positive mood today and am wearing a pair of trousers I bought at crimbo that were to tight today happy days

Trousers are feeling good but still might be a tad tight by the end of the day but my old ones are hanging off my bum I always lose it there first not my tummy so these for nice on the bum but waist band digging a bit
 
Think I have worms today is it lunch time yet I am starving x has anyone seen the insanity work out I have heard people talking about it on twitter but not sure what it is
