Sunday morning and unusually only 2 lb over the dreaded 170 mark. Normally 4 lb up at least by now.
Is that where you cut out the carbs and focus on meat, and green being the opposite way round? Hope it works for you, sounds a positive start.Morning Daz. I did a red day yesterday first time ever lol my scales show 2 down this morning.

Thanks Kay, not sure how it will look tomorrow, time will tell.Well done Daz that's really good news xx
Yeah. I eat tons of meat anyway so it wasn't difficult in that respect. I used butternut squash instead of potato. It also meant I could have extra healthy extras too I've not been up long so food will be pretty much the same today

Well i have a home brew batch that is ready now so i shall be on a break from weight loss for a bit. Doubly so being that i actually thought my old mans birthday is in June. I did 40 bottles of ale for that. But its not until July. Oooops.
Lol thats a good excuse to put another batch on for July
Indeed it is, but i fear a constant conveyor of ale, which is so not good for losing weight.
This is true - best not buy anymore then like me with choccy
Umm, may be a little late.
I currently have 2 batches brewed and maturing in bottles (and have had a cheeky couple just to see how its coming along. Obviously.)
Then I have 2 more kits ready to be brewed.
And then I have 3 more kits on order.
If they yield the amounts stated, that is 280 pints.
Did u take a break in all of this and have a chunky kit-kat ? xx
I thought about this yesterday believe it or not.
Last week, or maybe the week before, can't actually remember, but I went shopping with Mother and while in Asda i never even considered, thought about, buying chunky kit kat's. And I know i walked up the aisle that they are loitering in.
How good am i?
Well done Daz that's a fab NSV moment ! xx
I'm not even going to ask. :8855:
