Debridgers' JUDDDering diary & Ramblings

Sorry not been around... I'm OK, been a bit busy, still following plan the SW plan, and fasting Sun/Tues/Thurs

I've had, a small 0.5 gain (not deserved), followed by a deserved 1.5lb gain (out eating and/or drinking most of the week), got back on track and lost 2lb, then 3lb this week
That gave me SOTW, my 3st award (since August - which is 4st since I started Jan 2011), and I'm now under 10st... the first time since I was in school!!!! Woo Hoo, I'm well happy, and feeling pretty bright.

Anyhow, I'll be catching up on the threads, will catch-up soon, meantime have a gteat bank holiday weekend, have fun
Deb x

Well done on the 0.5lb off that's excellent especially after cider hehe. Are you measuring as well? x

Thanks, will be cutting back on the cider this week !! Had 4 last night, but that will probably be it....I blame it on a surprisingly hot bank holiday in the pub garden!!!

I have done some measuring, but not checked for a while, will have to do so.....But I've certainly gone down a few sizes in jeans (strangely, my boobies aren't a lot smaller lol)

Fri 10 May - UD

Lunch: Homemade French onion soup

I've just looked up your noodle salad - that's 3.5 syns
Cottage cheese if the vlf version is free

The online would be good, and it's basically the same price as going to class - membership of £10 & £4.95 a week

At the moment they're doing a special online price of £60 for 3 months, saving the £20 membership fee, and then it's £20 per month after that if you want to continue.

It depends on how much prepared stuff you like -
If its snacks, cakes, chocolate etc or things like prepared soups, sauce and stuff - it's easy to work out - 20cals = 1 syn
But prepared foods like your noodle salad, will be less as it has free food in it,

Yes, it has syns online, plus a calculator where you use the nutritional values and free food allowance if its not listed

If you can afford the £60 you can then decide after if you want to continue or not.
I think you get additional benefits and info online than I do as a class member.

Thanks for looking those up x Going to do a 3 month online subscription. Means I'll have all the info at my fingertips and I think it should help keep me focussed.... because it's costing me money!! And I'll get stickers and awards if I lose weight :D

Good idea - yes, £60 is an investment you don't want to waste - lol at you with the stickers

Hi Frona, you're correct

On green (or red) you get 2x HEA & 2x HEB
So, on green you could have 4x cheese
BUT only 2 from each list
The HEA is based on the calcium levels, those listed under HEB are not necessarily substantial enough calcium wise to be an HEA. - hope that makes sense

Not been around, been rather busy, and a bit poorly for a couple of days last week.

Will pop by diaries over the next couple of days (reckon there's loads to catch-up on)
And will do a proper update on here

Hope everyone is well
