Debridgers' JUDDDering diary & Ramblings

A pint of strongbow is about 9.5, I also drink bitter and lager (standard strengths) and they vary between 8.5 & 11 - so I count all pints as 10
And a 500ml can, again standard stuff is 7.5

I generally drink on a Friday - but hey, it was bank holiday lol

I must admit, I do like to cook, and I generally try and use as few syns as possible so I can go out for a few beers, having said that, because I count my syns weekly, if I have any to spare, I do use some, and I try to adapt a few things...
But yes, it does take a bit of thinking about sometimes, which is obviously more difficult when you have a little one to cater for too

That's right, the new Asia cookbook - there's some tasty looking stuff in there, so, not sure when, but I'll be cooking up a storm - even in this months SW mag there's some from it, as well as some really lovely looking fish dishes - need to clear the freezer so I can justify buying the stuff needed :)

Basically you can eat as much free food as you like, well, until you're satisfied is the phrase SW uses, i.e. don't eat for the sake of eating, they also recommend that you eat as much superfree as possible,
If you want 1 meal or 10 meals a day, that is fine. Guess you'll be doing extra easy (EE) then you should have at least 1/3rd of each plateful as superfree.

On this diary, I only write the type of food I've eaten eg roast pork & veg, in my SW diary I list everything I've eaten, including syns & healthy extras - that might help if you take a look ...

I think with the medication you're now on, having lots of smaller, healthy meals should keep your hunger at bay

Thanks for the info x My problem is going to be the eat till you're satisfied bit...on medication my hunger will never be satisfied. Think I'll be eating a heck of a lot of superfree. Will be subscribing to your SW diary :)

I think if you look at trying 2/3 free food with 1/3 s/free for B/L/D and the s/free mainly for snacks, or what they term as success express 1/3 free & 2/3 s/free you'll be on to a good way of eating healthily and keeping your appetite in check - good luck mate

I'm thinking of making a pot of soup every other day and having it to try and fill me up. Also going to have carrots, cucumber and celery chopped up in fridge to snack on along with some houmous. Really need to plan in advance or I'll just grab anything and everything!

You could also try the SW quiches, try making them with just superfree
