WEll, I've had a busy time of it..... I don't normally get on-line much at the weekend, but last week I've been visiting, or had family staying with me all week, and 4 meals out!!
I've had a totally rubbish week, put on 2.5lb - but no surprise when you consider I've eaten really naughty off plan (SW wise) and far, far too much alcohol!!
Oh, and I also missed a DD too....so, back on plan as of last Thursday

L: pub meal - whitebait // steak & kidney pudding, new pots & veg
D: half pasta 'n' sauce

L: cockles, rollmop
D: harvester - crackerjack prawns // rib & chicken combo, jacket potato, salad
Weds 20Feb
D: pub meal - pate & toast // hunters chicken, mashed potato, peas
