Have been in bed all day dozing on and off so hoping I can sleep tonight. Been good with food though and I have to say that pasta bake was one of the most delicious things I have ever tried
Food plan for tomorrow
Brekkie - fibre plus bar (hexb), apple, muller light
Lunch - banana, chicken mugshot
Snack - strawberries
Dinner - pasta quiche (hexa), tomato and cucumber
Snack - velvet crunch crisps (4 syns), muller light
Total planned syns - 4 (though will probably have something other than the velvet crunch, just not sure what yet)

Ohhhhh I didn't even realise that, definitely even more incentive to go for it
Going to nab my mum's ex's old hand weights from under her bed, so I can use them while watching tv as I seem to be getting a bit of loose skin at the top of my arms

I decided against the pasta quiche today, so I've made some more tuna pasta bake and used my hexa of cheese sprinkled on top and 5 syns worth of philadelphia And I've got a pot of chilli con carne bubbling away for dinner tonight and 2 pots to be frozen. Definitely a 100% week coming my way
It's absolutely sweltering in here with the oven and hob going so I've opened the back door and window to cool the room down a bit. I absolutely love our house, even though it's on a yucky estate where the kids are idiots, our back garden backs out onto the fields. Was sat here the other day and saw a cat walking down the field, then all of a sudden it leapt in the air and started running :8855:
