Morning hun :wavey:

I'm taking vitamin c, vitamin b complex, omega 3 and evening primrose oil. I was taking baby aspiring too, but I decided to stop that this morning, so won't be taking that again.

Still feeling a bit bleurgh this morning, so I'm going to try and follow the plan as best I can and then build it up later in the day when I feel a bit better

Brekkie - Muller light
Snack - apple (in the car on the way to mum's)
Lunch - grapes followed by mugshot
Snack - Toasted pitta bread (hexb) with philadelphia light (3 syns) followed by Banana
Dinner - cheesy, bacon, sausage and mushroom pasta (hexa)
Snack - fibre plus bar (5.5 syns) and packet of wotsits (5 syns)
Total planned syns - 13.5

Never heard of baby aspiring???

Are you taking folic acid too?

Great plan for today btw :)

Morning emily, feel better soon xx

Folic acid is in the vitamin b complex :D

I meant to put baby aspirin  , it's a very low dose aspirin that's meant to help with blood flow to the ovaries etc

I thought it was worth a try, but then I've had the * from hell and totally freaked myself out so stopped taking them :8855:

I need to stop going into my mum's kitchen when I'm hungry.

Chris was meant to go shopping this morning for me and he didn't because he didn't want to face the traffic (he does the shopping when I'm hungry because I put stupid stuff in the trolley) so when I got to mum's I was starving and I had crackers followed by a peanut butter sandwich. Peanut butter!?! Of all the stupid things to go for

I'm going to try and have a low syn day tomorrow so I can do some damage limitation. But I'm starting to think I may have messed weigh in up :(

Ok, food plan for tomorrow (think I might have a red day so I can get some extra fibre down me)

Brekkie - banana, grapes, shreddies and milk (hexa and hexb)
Snack - apple
Lunch - lots of chicken, tomato and cucumber
Dinner - salmon pitta bread (hexb) with side salad
Snack - fibre plus bar (5.5 syns) and muller light
Total planned syns - 5.5

I'm such an idiot :sigh:

You're not an idiot! X

It's just a blip. Keep syns low tomorrow, drink loads if water and have superspeed foods if poss too and you'll be fine :)

I'll send Chris out for some melon and I might have some beans with my brekkie :) Feel loads better having a plan in place, and the line is firmly drawn

 thanks hun

Ooohhh because I haven't been on much this week I have an nsv to share. When we went shopping earlier this week, I got out the car and put my coat on. And I have to say it felt weird because it was loose around my tummy rather than being tight like it was when we were in london in december :woohoo:

Woohoo great NSV!!

We all blips don't worry too much about it! Remember in the morning if your on a red day beans that you mentioned will need to be synned :)

Heading off now so I can have a bit of time with Chris

Will update tomorrow morning after brekkie probably xx

thanks hun, will scrap the beans lol, will get a load of ss fruit in instead :D want to keep my syns as low as possible (just for tomorrow then I'll be back to my normal syn amounts) xx

peanut butter is 4.5 syns a tbsp, i often have it on wholemeal toast, its very filling and keeps you full for longer. its not that bad a thing :D

well done on drawing the line :D

Its unlikely the asprin is causing a longer than normal *week, i assume you were taking the 75mg dose once a day, i would be more concerned about it irritating the lining of your stomach, if taken for any length of time.

I had to google ttc cos i had no idea what you were talking about:sign0007: :D

Strange though this sounds its probably the weight loss thats causing the problem:eek: excess weight really upsets the hormone balance, which affect your periods.
as you drop down it will straighten its self out, although if it goes on too long i would say go see a dr :D

hope you have a good day tomorrow honey xxx

Yeah I guess I could say I have lost quite a chunk of weight quite fast  The dr did say to expect these though as * has been so light for so long

And yep it was the 75mg, just once a day, in the morning. It just completely freaked me out, so much so that I actually spent most of last night crying because I was quite scared

++

you have to take it for years for there to be any major problems, so don't be worrying :D

what i will say is don't let drs tell you its just your weight causing problems, i did  bleed for 16 weeks after my son was born and the dr i eventually saw asked me what i expected at my weight :eek::eek::eek::eek:

i put up with painful irregular periods and raging pmt for 13 yrs before discussing it with a dr again and it turned out my hormones were totally up the spout i had a hormonal coil fitted and have been problem free since :D:D

Morning :)

I've not forgotten about this place, just having to log on via my phone because Chris being the dope that he is, took my ipad charger with him last night (I've stayed at mum's for the night as she wasn't feeling too good).

Just done my wi and it's -1lb for me today. Ws hoping for a bit more, but I'm just glad that it's going in the right direction.

Food plan for today -
Brekkie - shreddies (hexb and hexa), banana, grapes
Lunch - salmon salad
Snack - apple
Dinner - chinese pork steak, rice with tomato and cucumber
Snack - fibre plus bar (5.5 syns) and wotsits (5 syns)
Total planned syns - 10.5

Yay, well done on you loss! It's nice to hear from you :) hope you have a good day x
