I'm so sorry I haven't been around so far this week, my mum wasn't up to having my cousin stay at her house so they stayed here with us and we've been doing loads of day trips etc, and by the end of the day I've just collapsed on the sofa :giggle: They only went home last night, so I made the most of having a few hours peace and had a nice long soak in the bath and an early night
I haven't been on plan whatsoever, so I'm going to be doing some damage limitation over the next few days and will be keeping everything crossed for a sts on monday, and even if it's a small gain, I can soon be rid of it. The odd thing is though, that we'd go shopping at night to get some munchies for while we watched films and I was actually quite held back. I'm not sure how to explain it proper. Before I started sw if I'd gone to morrisons for things to munch on while watching a film, I'd have come away with chocolate, crisps, cakes - this week I've been grabbing lychees, watermelon, coconut cake bites and the milky bar dessert pots, and I think that's a really big thing for me.
I've been trying to plan food for today and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction with something? I want to have some ryvita with chocolate philadelphia tonight as I snack, but on my information pack it says that 2 ryvitas are a hexb and super speed, but then underneath it says 4 are a hexb but not a super speed. I'm proper confused :giggle:
