*deep breath* my journey to a thinner / healthier me

Sending sunshiney vibes your way :vibes:

One load of washing out, another load on, the sun is slowly coming further across the garden, I think by 12.30, maybe 13.00 at the latest I should be able to take a duvet out and sit out there with my kindle and read for a bit :D

Think I'm going to take my ragu pasta bake down to mum's with me and eat down there and then have my weetabix oaty bar and some fruit in bed tonight while I watch a dvd. Or I might carry on watching TOWIE (I started watching on season 3, not 100% sure it's my cup of tea yet, but I'll give it a try)

Love TOWIE!!!

Oh and do you watch Mad Men? Rory was in it the other day!!! Shocking!

Nope I've not seen MAD MEN

I'm watching towie through net flix, not sure if they do the most recent 2 series, so I might have to search for them online so I can get up to date with it. The only reason I started watching was because I noticed some people b****ing about Gemma (the plus sized girl) and I was intrigued, have enjoyed what I've seen so far, just hope the rest is as good :giggle:

Well Rory was on mad men in a very "adult" role. But still with that voice! It just felt wrong

Love TOWIE but Gemma can be so shocking sometimes!

I've just used the last of my syns on a ryvita and a bit of nutella, I actually weighed the nutella out too :D

I've come in from the sun now as a breeze is working it's way up and when it's breezy I can't tell how hot the sun really is

I usually say sorry about the gain but seeing as you have a positive attitude towards it i will too! you'll get that off next week hun, then it's upwards from there :) X

Ladies, I feel absolutely fantastic today :woohoo:

I got up, wasn't hungry (no idea why) and just pottered around the house. Then at about 11.00 went down to mum's because I'd planned to go with Chris to fetch mum's ex (but who she still lets live with her as she feels sorry for him) from respite care. By then I was getting a bit hungry so we decided to go to morrissons and get lunch from there. Another 100% day under my belt and it wasn't planned before hand, which I'm quite proud of (because I normally fall to pieces when I don't plan).

Brekkie - skipped
Lunch - punnet of cherry tomatos and packet of chargrilled chicken followed by a large fruit salad (watermelon, pineapple, strawberries and kiwi fruit)
Snack - 1 crumpet and scraping of butter (7 syns)
Snack - another pack of chargrilled chicken
Dinner - prawn salad (2 syns for mayo)
Snack - ww rice pudding (6 syns), weetabix and milk (hexa and hexb)

I really hope I'm right that the chicken was syn free otherwise I've messed up and not realised :giggle:

awww Em i'm happy you're feeling good! this weather is having a positive affect on so many people this week, plus i think it takes the hunger pangs away! XxX

I'm going to do a proper catch up with everyone tomorrow as I'm about to sort food out and then I've been dying for a bath all day :D

Look at all that speed food today!

Well done on another 100% day x

Ok, so I'm going to attempt another non planned day today and see how that works out seeing as yesterday went so well :D

I feel so pleased at myself espescially when we went to Morrisons because when I go in there if I'm hungry I do tend to buy loads of stuff that I don't need. But I didn't overface myself and I got stuff that was syn free. And even then once I'd got what I wanted all I went to look for was fibre plus bars (nowhere in town seems to have them at the moment) and off to the tills. No looking down the crisps aisle, no looking for sweet treats, I was genuinely happy with what I'd chosen :D

Double checking the cases today so that they're ready for sunday afternoon when we go to Chris' mum and dad's. I can't quite believe that we're so close, when we've been waiting for this holiday for what feels like forever  :woohoo:

I've also persuaded Chris to let us go on a quad bike safari (I'm such a spoilt cow), so at the moment we're trying to decide whether to get a bike each or just share a bike and me sit on the back, as 10% of the trip is driving on the actual turkish roads and Chris doesn't trust me on them :giggle:

I'm going to be setting myself some smallish goals that I'd like to hit by the time our honeymoon comes around next year, I'd love to be a size 20 or smaller and I really want to fit in a plane seat without having to ask for an extension belt. I know it isn't really much, but it most definitely is something that I'd like to aim for :D

Whoo hoo ur going great , and your goals will be achieved for sure ,
SPOILT never !!! Have a fab day xxxx

Yvonne xx

You can definitely get to those goals hun! Well done. I would love to go on a quad bike safari! I've been quad biking and it is so fun!
