Only one week in and finding it tough so I'm keeping a diary on here in the hope it will be another tool to help me! Lost 1.5lb last week, was happy enough considering I wasn't 100% strict. Starting weight 11st 12lb, goal weight 9st 1lb!!!

So here I go

Day one wed

Day two, feeling stressed out today. Must not use food as comfort lol!!

Oops a whole snickers caramel not half lol. Too much chocolate today but I don't regret one bit.
So 4 weeklies used leaving 45!
Oh how I'm loving having that wee safety net :)

Oh dear :( drank way too much wine last night! Subsequently I had a rather nasty hangover which demanded that I eat...and eat.

I'm not going to be cross with myself it is counterproductive! I usually eat much worse if I'm feeling a bit dodgy!! Ie. a big fat dominos lol

I wonder how many propoints there are in a dominos pizza??

Millions!!! If I have a dominoes I don't even bother looking it up, it only hurts!!

Defo don't beat yourself up, as you say you would usually much worse, so you should congratulate yourself for not going mad!! When I'm losing I eat 29pp a day although according to the plan it should only be 26....I was on pp when it was first introduced & 29 was the minimum & it worked for me. May be try 29 a day for a week or two & see how you get on?? :)
 
No more dominos in this house then lol

I think I will try 29 points per day as 26 is tough! Even if I reduce my weeklies to 28 I'll be within my pp.

Weigh in tues evening...it may not be good ?but I'm going to the meetings no matter what sort of week I've had!
 
Had a very busy day yesterday and didn't have time to post on here. Tried to be fairly good, my folks were visiting and i made a delicious (if i do say so myself) chicken and spinach curry in my slow cooker. It worked out about 7pp per portion. Didn't really track though oops!

Weighed in this evening and i lost another 2lbs, so glad i went as i really thought i'd lost nothing! Anyhow, todays food...

Hiya, subscribing if you don't mind. Your food looks good. Homemade no point veg soup is great if you think you are gonna be nibbly while revising. No points and filling.

10pp blow out to add to today's eating. Crackers and cheese and a biscuit :( Really not worth it but feeling stressed cos of upcoming exam and I'm definitely an emotional over eater!!

Just gonna keep my weeklies at 49. So 10 used leaves 39. No drinking this weekend so I should easily stick to them...

Hi following to your diary, I started Saturday so not had my first weigh in yet. Not used all my weeklies yet I have about 20 left, hoping to enjoy them before Saturday :0) x
 
Hi there! I'm only two and a bit weeks into this myself, so far used all my weeklies both weeks lol but I still lost. Good luck for ur weigh in on sat :)
