Hi Rachel! I love the slow cooker, so handy and healthy too. My chicken and spinach curry was really very simple,

4 chicken breasts diced
Half a bag frozen spinach
Half a chopped onion
Half jar pataks tikka paste
Tin chopped toms
100ml chicken stock

Bung all in slow cooker, stir, set on low and come home that evening to a yummy dinner!
 
Bought myself a crunchy bar for tonight, not sure so will count it as 6pp using my 29/29. Start a new set of weeklies tonight as well but gonna try and save them for Sunday as its St Patricks day and I may be having a few extra pp that day lol.

Beef pastrami lettuce and Moroccan chutney sandwich 4pp
Walkers baked 3pp

Soya latte 2pp
1/2 slice cake 4pp

Just had a snickers more caramel...8pp. Found it in my glove box, bought it weeks ago and forgot about it, just couldn't resist?

That looks like a lovely days worth of food too.... who would think it's diet friendly! Yum!
