well .. WI this morning , and lost 1 lb
so I am happy as did have a fair few blips
Tuesday - green day
Breakfast - 42g all bran (HEX B ) with banana, strawberries and muller light .
Lunch- made a gorgeous Ratatoulie pasta dish off a SW recipes card with mozarella on ( HEX A) , it was amazing .. loads of veg and really filling
also a very small piece of my dads chocolate birthday cake .. i guessed about 5 syns ..
Mid afternoon snack at work - Mugshot and 2 Alpen Light bars ( HEX B)
Tea - jacket potato with cottage cheese and another helping of the ratatoullie pasta
Strawberries , meringue
( 2.5) and muller light
snack - curly wirly ( 6.5)
I am proud that I had a little treat , but not a stupid silly one like last week .. am hoping for a great week this week
