Determined and can!!!!!

Hey well done Geordie that's great :) you must be over the moon with that xx

Thanks for your best wishes everyone. Feel like the week is catching up with me , so tired. Got a conference tomorrow and then another in York on Monday then probably a mad week to finish off at work before a week and a half off. My garden is now truly churned up as the builders have started, they even have a mini digger which I have asked to have a go of!!!!

Morning! Hope your having a nice weekend and Charlotte's doing good. Tree is going up today yay! Can't believe its not up yet but I've had no time xx

Hi just sat down!
I was out Friday night then yesterday I had some shopping to do and had my roots done as they were desperate. Then stayed in last night, was really tired. The civil engineers were in the garden all day yesterday putting in special foundations so loads of noise and cups of tea needed too.
Today Charlotte s exam and then this afternoon was dancing s Christmas party and we had to stay. In between made a Sunday dinner(Turkey first Christmas dinner was lovely).
Tomorrow I am out early as going to York for a conference do have had to get organised!!!
Food wise I have been ok ish, too much drink as ever but that's stress this time of year. Still have wrapping to do. I am out on Tuesday tea time with my friends and children for tea at local pub.
Think the builder will finish this week and put in the floor, they were not meant to come until end of January. Lots of muck and mess but I cannot wait until it's done.
Oh and I nearly forgot to say I had some shocking news on Friday a work colleague who I worked with for about a year a couple of years back died and it was quite a shock, got me thinking for the last two days, sometimes we just don't know what is round the corner....

Sounds like a very busy week just gone and ahead Geordie. I loved York when we visited in August. The building works will be well worth it I'm sure when it's all finished. Really sorry to hear about the death of your previous work colleague; not surprised it's made you stop and reflect on life - we never know do we, which is why it is so important we make it count xx hugs. I know when hubby had multiple pulmonary emboli nearly two years ago it made us count our blessings as thankfully he was ok but it could have all been so different.

Good to get the hair colour done and a few feel good factor treats this time of year :). Or any time for that matter! X

Hi Geordie, hope you get some rest soon, I'm tired too, someone upset at work last night I'm still a bit down about it so I'm off out before I eat the entire house!

Those duck skewers are gorgeous Bev, I too ate the entire box but could've eaten two boxes, they're small but delicious xx:):):)
