Day 3.
Brekkie: A fluffy 'latte' made with a black coffee and a couple of teaspoons of vanilla shake mix whipped up- YUM! Followed by the rest of the shake mix mixed in my blender with ice, I ended up with 1 + 1/2 pints worth, took me all morning to finish it

Lunch (was very late): Porridge, just as it comes, I actually really like it and find it filling.
Tea/Dinner: will be a toffee and nut bar
I slept badly again last night but woke up surprisingly 'with it'. I don't have a headache at all, no stomach cramps but the odd hunger pang. I'm only missing the 'habit' of eating- not so much feeling like I need food at all! Could this be Ketosis?

I read online that there's no proven link between ketosis and apppetite supression (?) so I'll have to wait and see if this feeling is real or just in my head.
I ate lunch too late and so was very light headed and weak- not a good feeling! I was fantasizing about food :sigh: , the porridge hit the spot though and i'm SO glad I didn't go down the self sabotage route.
I've had plenty of water today too, i'm pretty sure i'm getting through between 2-3 litres. I'm peeing like it's an olymic sport anyway, lol!
Can't wait for my weigh in, I already feel a little smaller
