Determintation and Motivation!

Some very off plan camping!! Some ok food including a SW chicken and bns curry on the first night cooked from scratch in the pouring rain.. But also we took our Dutch oven so baked bread and cooked brisket twice! Delish! Meals not been too bad but the bread and snacking :(
Yesterday I stuck to EE but had wine, and today was doing ok but oh just bought snacks so have written off all my syns..

Breakfast - muesli (b) and milk (a)
Snack - cereal bar (4) onion ring snacks (11)
Drink - tea, water
 
And the rest of today went wrong again too :( blooming Chinese tonight, but I kinda figured I'm always saying no.. Popped to ALDI and grabbed fruit and butternut squash.. Recon I'm going to go strict with a few red days before wi on wed ... I need a mega kick up the bum ... Target was so close and currently seeming so so far!!!
 
So... I weighed this morning having missed it last week due to being away...

I am 151.4 this morning, and last WI was 147.5 so that is 4 on in ten days. I have three days until official WI on wed to reign this back in, and hope for a smaller gain or sts. Also joined the June challenge which I've gone for 4lb off, but in reality from today that is 8 in total! Ridiculous for me, but hoping this holiday gain will buzz off swiftly.

Lunch - salad, no dressing but seasoning
Dinner - bns chips, mixed leaves, grilled mushroom and tomato, quick fry steak , 30ml el mayo (1) alpen light 1/2(b)
Snacks- carrot and Kerry low low (a ) apple, banana
Drink- sparkling water, wine 3 small glass (13.5)

Weighed this morning and after a good day back on plan I have gone down to 149.0lb which is now only 1.5 gain since last wi.. I'm so surprised it wasn't more originally tbh, but at least I feel like in getting back on it.

Today's plan: plenty of water and a bit of light house work :)
 
Monday foods

Lunch - few bns chips, baked field mushroom, baked tomatoes, Cajun quick fry steak and tbsp el mayo (0.5)
Dinner - brown roll, steak and onions, salad, balsamic vinegar, courgette and spring onion slaw ( mayo 1)
Snacks - banana, shape blackberry yogurt 0.5 , half pack sunbites - kids didn't like them! (4) carrot sticks, grapes
Drinks - tea, fruit tea, skinny cow hot choc (2)

Boo, just went to clinic to have contraceptive implant removed and 'talk' about other options.. Came out still with implant, but copper coil (ow) and implant coming out in a few weeks! Have just topped up the pain relief as a bit ouchy!

Wi 148.5 so 1 lb on in two weeks... I'm surprised its not more as I've been all over the place!
That's ok though, I feel back on it, and I have nothing to sabotage myself with this weekend so looking positive for the week ahead :)

Feeling tired and crap and lethargic today :(
Had dodgy yum when I first got up, shouted at the children as they were just being awful and I don't seem to be able to motivate myself since. Helped my dad move his boat which was fun, and since I got home I have achieved nothing! (Except eating lunch and 30 mins in the sun!)
Gt appointment at the college at 3.30 with a careers advisor - I think they want to make sure the course is right for me... Then I start a Photography 5 week thing at college at 6.30... So I really ought to get myself motivated... But I can't!

Is ok and I did have a slightly naughty weekend and the meds are messing with my tummy again.. So I guess I'll do better this week.. One of the antibio's I'm on you actually can't drink alcohol so that's no booze STS til at least next Friday.. Might help my cause!
 
Today I've had a mini blowout! I'm off wine this week so treated myself to lunch out with hubs and I had delish fish and chips with pea purée! I've also a couple of other naughties.. But back 100% tomorrow..
