Determintation and Motivation!

Friday WI - 149lb - 1 lb on :(


Saturday.. Back on track! RED

Thinking I should try reducing syns for the week... Aiming for 10 per day.. So after yesterday's blowout this leaves me with 40 for the rest of the week.. So about 6 per day - that is what I will aim for anyway.. We shall see :)

B - muesli (b) and milk (1/2a)
L - velvet crisps (4), carrot sticks, lean ham, low low cheddar (1/2a),
D - cottage pie with swede and bns mash, cabbage, courgette
S - rich tea (1.5) cup cake (3.5)
Drink - tea, black coffee, sf squash. Hot chocolate (2)

Sunday - red

Up at the crack of dawn for car booty..l not that great, but got rid of a few bits!

B - museli and milk ( half a and b)
L - lean ham, carrot, 15g Kerry low low (1/2a)
D - baked salmon (the rest are having lamb chops!), new pots roast (b) cabbage, broc and carrot and spinach, gravy (1) mayo( 0.5)
Snacks - velvety crisps (4), bite of cake (2) , apple and banana, rich tea (1.5) choc ice (5) ((grrrrrrrr me :( )))))
Drinks - tea, black coffee, and now a stupid highlight (2)

57 / 70 (13 for 4 days)

I'm still feeling really bloated.. Don't know why :(

Monday - green I think..

L - bubble and squeak with mashed bns, cabbage with 'fried' egg and sw BBQ sauce
D - SW chips, quorn sausages (3) beans, mushrooms, egg
Snack - grapefruit , alpen light 2(b) ff fromage frais, apple, banana
Drinks - tea sf squash

Tuesday - green
Had lunch put with my sis - bit of a cheeky, and I recon I blew a good 10 syns, so now at 70 for the week. Two days left to go so if I can stick to 4 or less per day I will still be happy :)

B - banana and grapes
Mid morning - skinny latte (hexA)
L - frittata with potatoes and peas, with salads... Not sure how to syn them - they were full of veggies including beet root, carrot and beans, but mayo and oil in dressing.... I think 10 should cover it.
D - hoppin John from sw mag with 35g halloumi (hexB)
S - potato and low low spread (hexA)
Drinks - diet coke, tea, sf squash

Syns - 70 / 70 2 days left to go!

L- wm roll (b) pizza, tin toms, cheese (a) rocket onion
D- cold brand and jacket spud! (emergency before governor meeting!)
Snacks - alpen lights (b) apple banana melon strawberries
Syns - salad cream (2) sugar (2)

Thurs

B - lm sausage, egg, toms and mush

L - wm roll (b) , Kerry low (a), rocket, tomato, trimmed bacon , velvet crisps (4)

D - omg amazing chilli made with beef chuck (syns in sugar, cocoa powder and some amazing chipotle paste made by a friend all minimal) with bns chips and cheese

Drink - skinny latte

Awful bloated tummy ache all afternoon :(

Sneak peek this morning and 2lb off:)
Nearly finished first IUD period so thinking last week was that kind of bloat. Wi Friday so will wait and see :)

I ate one ryvita original earlier and can't find the syns for it anywhere - I'm doing EE today and have already had my museli this morning!

I've so messed up today- I sort of weighed the crisps and looked at the packet but for some reason it didn't stop me scoffing.

So syns, at least 26

I am so cross with myself :( followed this pig out with an uncontrollable nap.. Not good :(
