Persistent dieter
Hi Kira :wavey:
I spotted your diary here while musing my next move. The title drew me in and then I saw it was your thread - I was just thinking a detox would be good. Yes, you do know me. You started a diary here for a new start - I rebranded completely (though the flower theme continues!) and started a diary in WeMITTs. I'd love to say it's done the trick but I still weigh a tonne despite being poorly most of the time (I'm obviously still eating enough calories somehow ).
I keep thinking about having another bash at a VLCD, though I think Kate would have a fit if I suggested it. For a while there I thought I might be dairy intolerant so it was out of the question, but having gradually included more food groups again (I went on an exclusion diet for a while as my whole digestive system threw a wobbly from all the stress I went through earlier this year) I think it might be ok. I dunno. I really don't know what to do any more.
Glad the new job in London is going well. I'm also in London 3 days a week (when I'm not travelling all over the place - my life still involves many train trips ).
How's DS number 2 doing at school now? Is he ok after all the drama a few months back?
Anyway, glad to see you're getting to grips with SnS and it's doing the trick. Hang on tight - it's so worth it to feel better about yourself. xx
