hope you're having a brilliant weekend off. I'm definitely on the meandering through December. Wish I'd had a bit more of a push up to now but I'm being kind to myself. Last year I didn't do any social stuff until Christmas itself so I'm not going to completely miss out. There is a time for being really single minded and a time for a bit more flex. But single minded come January and February but definitely with a plan that accommodates exercise for me too. I too suffer plantar fasciitis if I run but proper stretching of the calf muscles really helps. Not sure how that works but it definitely does.
Good detoxify yesterday after weekend off plan. Scale showed gain (glycogen hopefull) 9.11.0! So 4lbs had 2 egg omlette yesterday and lots of water. Strangely no hunger but probably because I was stuffed from weekend!
That's exactly the feeling I have now!!!you know that sick and tired of being sick and tired feeling.
It's the hitting rock bottom for me when I get fed up with myself (and feel embarrassed about my whinging on here). I do feel urged on though once I get going and the support here is part of being able to continue or at the very least make good choices.
