Bought some sparkly silver shoes for the wedding on Friday and I love them!! Never had anything like that before but I reckon I will wear them a lot. Obviously not to Asda etc lol, but any opportunity/occasion I get to wear them, they will be on my feet :-D With Christmas coming up and nights out, I'll end up wearing them out!!
My points dropped a couple of weeks ago to 28 but I've stayed on 29. I'm going to try & stick to 28 to see if it has any effect. I have my weeklies to top up if need be.

They do crumbles & cheesecake too!! I prefer the fresh desserts rather than the frozen. The frozen ones are more like mousse and not so filling/satisfying. Let me know what you think xx

I found the WW crumbles really dry tbh x The Sainsburys be good to yourself range of desserts tastes a lot less 'diet' i think.

Tesco do a normal filo pastry apple pud and Sainsburys do a bramley apple sponge pud which are both only 5pp for a serving and taste lovely!

Yum, I've never tried any of them. Will be looking out for them xx

It's a recipe I concocted, I love sweet chilli but it's high in pp's. well, the amounts I use are!! So, I decided to try my hand at my own. I posted it in in the recipe forum. Here it is -

I had a go at this today as I love spice & wanted a free dressing to put on my salad. I LOVE sweet chilli sauce, but at 1pp per tablespoon, I could easily pour 8-10 tablespoons over my dish!!

Measurements are approximations, at the end of the day, it's all down to personal taste.

1 red pepper
3 cloves garlic
3 chilli peppers
1 & 1/2 - 2 cups water,
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Large handful coriander as I love the stuff

Blitz with a food processor or stick blender & put in a pan. Add sweetener, now this is the tricky part. As there is vinegar in it, you add enough sweetener for your own taste. I added about 6 tablepoons. Add 6 tablespoons fish sauce (1pp) freshly squeezed lime juice (I grated the zest & added that too to make it slightly more zingier.
Once boiled, reduce & let it simmer until it is reduced & thickens slightly. (i took it off the beat after 10-15 mins)
It made 1 & 1/2 jam jars. I will be taking some with me tomorrow for my lunch as I have made a prawn noodle salad & will pour sweet chilli sauce over it just before I eat it.
