I love meatballs! I think we have it planned for Thursday and Spanish chicken the week after. Have the hotpot planned for next weekend. I love the book so much :)

We should be Ambassadors for the hairy dieters lol.
I haven't had one bad thing yet, I'm going to try work my way through it. I've made the steak & ale casserole, salmon with chilli & ginger sauce, spanish chicken tray bake, cottage pie but the meatballs, skinny lasagne, minestrone and roasted cod are all on my hit list!!

Good luck for your WI! :) May have to try some of the hairy dieters recipes myself! That pudding doesn't look worth 8pp in my opinion though, lol! :p I haven't even started my Christmas shopping though I'm planning to make most of my xmas pressies :)

Thanks Libby, here's hoping!!
You're right, for 8pp's, delicious though it was, it certainly wasn't worth it. The wee fella's choice though. I may just have to try and 'persuade' him to choose something a bit better next time xx

Oh no! :( Fight with a banana? Intriguing, lol!

Glad you enjoyed your dinner together though, we all need a wee choccy fix now and then too! xx

Haha, I just realised I didn't explain the banana story!! After walking what felt like 50 miles to get the sweater, I was trundling back through the city when I got the banana I had in my bag and tried to peel it. I had my umberella and shopping bag (sweater) and piddling rain to contend with too. Anyway, the skin was refusing to come off the banana. I've never had this happen before. The damn thing didn't want to be eaten!! The skin was refusing to budge. I tried to burst it open, nope, didn't work, snap it, it worked but the skin still wouldn't budge. I ended up with banana all over my hands & brolly handle. I gave up, the banana won!!!! xx

After the day I've had, that probably explains the need for chocolate. It makes things SOO much better!!
