Diary of a bouncing back ww'er

Haha, chocolate is the perfect mood-enhancer at times, lol :p xx Was the banana maybe a bit unripe? I find the skins a little bit tough when they are tbh!

Yes it was, though there was no green on the skin at all. I've never had that before. If you were sitting in an outside cafe & I was walking past, you would have laughed at my antics lol xx

Walked 4 miles today with my friend. We are going to do the same tomorrow, at least we are moving about and stopped being couch potatoes. :)
My son dressed up as a zombie and it was strange seeing my sweet little child turn into something so horrid lol. I know it's only dressing up but the transformation was amazing!

Aaargh! Scary! What a little cutie though :) x Have a lovely day today, I hope the weather there is nicer than it is here! x

Haha, I know!! What happened to my child lol.
The sun is out today :) it's like all the seasons have got muddled up!!
You have a lovely day too, I hope you're enjoying your break xx

Thank you! :)

Here's the fudge tart recipe! (Best served with choc custard!)

Half pint milk (any but i always use semi-skimmed)
3oz normal sugar (caster or granulated work fine)
4oz butter (or stork/margarine etc)
2oz plain flour
1 half teaspoon of vanilla essence
And a sweet pastry dish (or you can make your own pastry/buy roll out pastry)

Put all in blender except vanilla then put in microwave until it has a custard like consistency then add vanilla and pour into the pastry dish leaving to chill in the fridge x

Been AWOL the last few days. I went COMPLETELY off the rails!!
I got the taste for chocolate on Hallowe'en and didn't stop. It's scary what I have eaten. Each morning, I started off with "it's a new day, put it behind you" later in the day I thought sod it, the damage is done & start munching again :-o
Anyway, this is Monday, start of a new week, weigh in day and the totals are reset.
I got weighed at class and I put on 1 & 1/2 pounds. (Got off lightly if you ask me!)

I think once in a while we need a blow out especially with the change in seasons but getting back on track is what's important so new week and start again. You can do it xxx

Thank you. YesI you may be right, the change in seasons/clocks may be a factor. It's now out my system, my head is back in the zone and the Christmas party season is looming. Eek!!
I seen Skyfall on Friday. It was tremendous. I know what you mean about wanting to go and watch it again. The best Bond movie yet :-D xx

Believe it or not, they were left overs from yesterdays dinner. I had some cold new potatoes, quartered them, sprayed a roasting tin with spray oil, put potatoes in, sprayed again & chucked some rock salt on them. Cooked them for around 15-20 mins & voila!!
The family had lasagne, loaded with cheese and served with chips so I saw this as an opportunity to have some fresh fish for dinner. Much more healthier of course :) xx

Mmmm much healthier. I got invited by my sister in law for dinner tonight and they all munched on quarter pounders while I had left over beef stew! I felt so smug afterwards knowing I had been healthy. Potatoes look amazing x

Good on you, it's so easy to go with the flow but good old fashioned will power and sensible choices win in the end xx
