Thanks ladies, and princessjade, yeah, shifts are quite irritating at times, it's just the constant adjusting of your sleeping/eating patterns that seems to throw me at times, glad to know I'm not alone!
Today's food plans are as follows, I'm working 1pm-9pm hence having my main meal at lunchtime.
B: 40g weetabix crunchy bran with 170ml skimmed milk (leaving 130ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee throughout the day.) (8)
Sn: Banana (0) & Cocopop cereal bar (2)
L: Homemade chilli with mushrooms and aubergines in (5), half a packet of brown basmati microwave rice (5), 30g of reduced fat cheese (2) and a Shape yogurt (2).
D: Half a Warburtons sandwich pitta (2) with ham (1), pickle (0) and salad (0), a bag of Quavers (2), and an apple (0).
Sn once home: A multipack Twix bar (3).
Daily PP used: 30/30
Weekly PP used: 2/49
Weekly PP remaining: 47/49 + 2 AP
