20:30 - 07.30, absolutely starving now so eating a bag of French Fries as don't think I can last until the boyf gets home for dinner.

Yep, having leftover sausage & pepper casserole thing & mashed potato, nom. After that, I'll get ready for work and then probably next have a snack on my break about 3am (ish). Good luck for WI tomorrrow!x

Working! I finished my course in February, eep. How's work for you?

I knew it was soon ish for you to! Working for me is hard and I've put on a stone in a year stupid shift work! But I enjoy it where are you working?

I'm working on a gastrointestinal medicine ward and now live with my boyfriend, it's lovely! Where are you working? Shift work does really make weight loss a struggle at times, I'm desperate for some chocolate but have demolished my points this week and don't have many weeklies left until WI on Tuesday, eep. Here's to good final night shift this eve and a sensible rest of the weekend... x

I'm in intensive care, not yet living with the bf but were buying beginning of next year, shift work is so hard

We're having friends over for dinner later on, they're close friends of ours and it's nothing formal so planning on making the Hairy Biker's paprika chicken from their diet cookbook, just working out the PP now... Hope you all have a good Sunday, I'm planning on not doing a great deal! :) x

Had a few days slightly off plan? I'm not really sure, I've had good intentions every morning but by the evening, I seem to have just given up on the day and resolve to eating chocolate. Bad bad move, when will I learn?

Anyway, I received the new Hairy Biker's recipe book yesterday and it's AWESOME - lots of really lovely looking meals and ideas that are also low in PP so I'm planning on making a few from the book over the next few weeks.

Today's food is as follows;

B: Homemade porridge with stewed cinnamon apples + 125ml 1% milk for tea/coffee (7).

L: Warburtons square-ish wrap pizza with reduced fat cheese and ham and a big handful of salad (8).

D: Chilli (bulked out with mushrooms, aubergine and kidney beans) and 1/2 a packet of Veetee basmati rice (10).

Daily PP used: 25/30
Weekly PP used: 0

That leaves me with 5 PP for snacks throughout the day which I'm sure I'll use as I'm working 12-9 and won't have chilli until I get home from work so I'll probably have some Quavers and fruit at work... Have a good Friday all! :)

Firstly a huge well done on your loss that amazing!!

I think we all must work at the hospital and i AGREE shifts a bloody irritating especially nights!!! x
 
Thanks ladies, and princessjade, yeah, shifts are quite irritating at times, it's just the constant adjusting of your sleeping/eating patterns that seems to throw me at times, glad to know I'm not alone!

Today's food plans are as follows, I'm working 1pm-9pm hence having my main meal at lunchtime.

B: 40g weetabix crunchy bran with 170ml skimmed milk (leaving 130ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee throughout the day.) (8)

Sn: Banana (0) & Cocopop cereal bar (2)

L: Homemade chilli with mushrooms and aubergines in (5), half a packet of brown basmati microwave rice (5), 30g of reduced fat cheese (2) and a Shape yogurt (2).

D: Half a Warburtons sandwich pitta (2) with ham (1), pickle (0) and salad (0), a bag of Quavers (2), and an apple (0).

Sn once home: A multipack Twix bar (3).

Daily PP used: 30/30
Weekly PP used: 2/49
Weekly PP remaining: 47/49 + 2 AP

Here's to a good day on plan! :)

I'm attempting to save my weekly PP as having an Indian takeaway with friends on Friday pm and want to have a little bit of what I fancy! :D
