Sorry to hear you're disappointed with your loss. That's still 1lb, it's a move in the right direction! Are you drinking enough water? Could you squeeze in more veg to your meals/snacks? The more speed food you choose, the more weight you lose!
I know you don't have B choice either but there are some great non-bread/cereal free ones now too and adding that in might help. There's a great list here:

I get these quite a lot... kids love them too and I think it's 3 or 4 for a healthy extra b - great for a sweet tooth! x
