Only planned evening meals so far.. Going to have my flexi syn day tomorrow so not decided on what to eat yet x

W - pork roast
T - garlic and herb crispy chicken, chips
F - fry up
S - sticky pork

Going shopping at some point today. Just sitting down and doing a meal plan.

I really hate going shopping on the weekend. It seems to bring out the local idiots! I spent the majority of the time in Asda walking around with a face

Breakfast
Fruit salad, Mullerlight, coffee - 3 syns

Lunch
Ham salad - 2 syns

Dinner
Corned beef hash - unsure of syns?
