Yeah that's the plan today. Ears are all stuffed up and my chest is in bits from coughing.
Oh I absolutely love it. We made spring rolls for our guests the other night in it and they came out just like the ones from the Chinese but only one syn each instead of a million.

So breakfast today

Green tea (berry flavour with added vitamins)

Chicken, onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli in chicken soup (7.5 syns - divided by 3 = 2.5 )

Oh dear Marybobs, I feel for you as I had a day like that too. prepared all my meals carefully, then ate a slice of chocolate cake and tonnes of toffees at work. Self-sabotage, my biggest problem when I'm trying to lose weight.

I get to a point where all I want is chocolate nothing works. I could eat so much free food and so much speed but then 15 syns of choc just doesn't cut it. I try to drink more water but I dunno I need a good kick in the butt.

Leftover chilli and rice

Second lunch ( well around 5pm) leftover chicken casserole. There was about 6 mouthfuls left. Not even worth synning.

Dinner
Mammoth stirfry
Loaded it up with a tonne of veg cabbage, onion, garlic, chilli, carrots, peppers, beansprouts, ginger and some beans too.
Diced up two minute steaks.
I threw in some black bean sauce 5 syns

Three cans coke zero
Mug of tea with milk

I decided to treat myself to some choc since I was having such a low syn day

Cadburys Freddo 5 syns
Aldi benefit 3 syns

Ending the day on 14 syns

Woke up late today OH had shared his cold/flu whatever it is with me and I am feeling rough couldn't sleep at all until the early hours. So breakfast was more of a brunch

Brunch
Oat cookies same as yday. Had them with melon today 1 syn for options choc hexB

Dinner
Homemade beef burgers with lettuce fried onion and peppers. And some sw wedges from actifry
Syns for burger bun but only ate half. Was a slimbo so it was 5 so 2.5 syns

Two peppermint tea
One 500ml sprite zero
1 Capri sun sugar free
Coffee with milk (x2)

Do you find those peppermint teas make a difference? Have just bought some and had my first one today to help with any water retention.

Yeah works wonders. I make a mug of it after most meals and it helps me cause I used to suffer terrible indigestion. I always drink two mugs a day especially if I eat out when the meals heavy syns I make sure to drink it stop the bloat.

I bought a packet of 20 to try, can't say I like the taste, but hopefully bit does the job.

Parsley

Mix all and make into patties.

Fry and enjoy :)

I didnt like my first four cups after that I got used to the taste. I can't drink green tea at all. Even the flavoured ones make me gag but I drink the ones with added vitamins on occasions to boost my system. Do you drink any fruit or herbal teas?

Ooh thanks, I can never seem to get seasoning right when I make burgers. Will give this recipe a go.
 
I don't drink tea full stop. In fact I don't really drink anything, been forcing two glasses of juice down a day, keep meaning to start trying for 2l, but can't bring myself to get started.

I used to be the same. But I find I drink loads if I'm drinking cans of diet drinks or the kids bottles of water. I buy them by a crate. And drink them one mini bottle at a time.

Or when it's cold. Tea!! 2 cups peppermint and then sometimes camomile and honey or coffee. Anything really. My skins so bad lately so I have been trying my best to drink extra fluids. My ass might be strinking but face hates sw. Breakouts galore.
 
Really? Does it make you break out in spots then? I wonder why? You'd think with all the fresh fruit and veg, your skin would clear up. I've only been on it two weeks so can't really see any difference yet.
